They have a few locations and their Hawthorne location feels new with advanced technology and a clean and friendly atmosphere. This is my second pregnancy with Marina OBGYN and both experiences have been exceptional. All the staff members, receptionists and doctors have been informative, thorough and supportive. Alicia the receptionist is always helpful and makes me feel at ease. Dr. Wilhelm and Dr. Sharma were amazing at ensuring my geriatric pregnancy was going well. I always feel at ease around them and I appreciate all the printed photos of my baby along the way. They allowed space for questions and worked closely with the perinatal center I was visiting due to the geriatric nature to offer a complete evaluation of my pregnancy. The patient portal is so helpful at keeping track of what was discussed. The information on there is private to you and you can access the info many years later which I appreciate. I highly recommend Marina OBGYN for expecting mamas! They also play the best movies in the waiting room 🥰

Great experience at this office. The space is modern and offers a relaxing environment. The wait time was very short. The staff took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I felt comfortable, informed, and well cared for. Highly recommend.

I’m a patient of this office but do not recommend them, very poor customer service. I have called numerous times trying to contact my dr and speak an important issues. They have an offshore call center that is not helpful and does not answer any questions and are unable to help me get in contact with the doctor or her team. The patient portal they ask you to use does not allow you to send a message and is useless. This office used to treat patients well but as of today and my frustrating interaction with their offshore call center I will seek medical care elsewhere.

They answer then hang up, take forever to respond and the most upsetting thing is that they don’t give a grace period. That is so frustrating to me I have to drive about 40 mins with traffic and I can’t be seen if I’m not on time. Yet we have to wait 15/20 mins even if we get there in time just to be seen in the room less then 5 !

Terrible service. They simply don’t answer the phone!! I’ve been waiting for my hormone refill for more than 1 week. The pharmacy already sent the request and nothing! Hormone replacement is really serious. We can’t just stop to use and they just don’t care. Also, my blood test showed that my testosterone levels are really high and they simply don’t care. I gave up trying to get even a minimum level of respect. I needed to find another doctor/place. Hated and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE.

I was a new patient to the practice, I saw Samantha Wilhelm today and was super impressed with her concerns, knowledge and over all taking time to talk to me about my concerns. Would definitely recommend

Good luck trying to get them to answer the phone to change an appointment. The whole office is incompetent, from front desk staff to PAs to doctors. No one knows what they're doing. Unless you have a perfect pregnancy with zero concerns, zero complications, zero deficiencies, then this place isn't for you.
