Dr. Silva was very friendly and listened to all my concerns. She presented various options for removing a beauty mark and set clear expectations for all of them. I am very pleased with the treatment option we decided on together and I’m very satisfied with how it looks post-op. I will always return here for future treatments!

Dr. Ortega is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly kind, patient, and has amazing attention to detail. I’ve had multiple laser treatments with many different providers at other facilities and she is hands down the most thorough during the actual laser procedure. It felt like she really cared and it made me feel like I got my money’s worth! I’m truly impressed and am so glad she is joining the practice starting in August!

A patient can always tell how good the doctors are by the staff they hire and retain. The staff at LSSCNC are always polite, helpful, and friendly, and set the tone for the visit. My doc (Dr. V) is a joy to see and always remembers that I metabolize filler faster than normal and tries new products on me searching for a solution. She is skilled, funny, and I look forward to catching up with her and her growing family every 4-6 months. The exit staff searches for discounts and coupons to reduce the price at checkout without the necessity of me asking. They offer samples of products to try and have even given me a sample of a new product that I asked out. Taking care of my face is expensive but at least the LSSCNC is a positive experience.

I had a disappointing and regrettable consultation with Dr. Chotzen. During the appointment, the doctor basically told me that none of their products or procedures were recommended for my skin type and tone. The doctor did not proactively recommend any treatments for me, and I spent more time educating HER than the other way around. Once we finally agreed on some very basic treatment (similar to something I could get at a spa) I was told that my consultation fee would not apply — a total waste of money. I later consulted with another doctor at a different center, who was knowledgeable and qualified to provide the right treatments for me. Overall, I would recommend looking for another laser & surgery center, or consulting an aestitician.

I had my Botox done today by Dr. Michelle Vy, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the service was quick and efficient, and Dr. Vy made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend the Laser and Skin Surgery Center!

Wonderful experience, I have been going to Stacie for many years and she is absolutely amazing. Very kind, knowledgable and always helpful. She is also up to date with the latest technology. Highly recommend her!!!

I am very disappointed with my experience. Before making the appointment, I specifically called and clearly explained my situation. Based on the information and pricing I was given over the phone, I decided to book the service. However, when I arrived, the actual service was not what had been discussed, and the price was also different from what I had been told. It felt misleading and was a waste of my time. If everything had been explained honestly from the beginning, I would have understood. But the inconsistency between what was promised and what was actually offered made it difficult to trust the business. Unfortunately, I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to my friends.
