Mid Valley Cardiology - Michael L. Krueger, D.O.

I have run into so many issues with this office. They are known for lack of communication. Be warned if you have a scheduled appointment they will most likely cancel or reschedule it with little to no notice. Just happened to me today. Oh and be warned you will ne seeing nurse practitioners most of the time for your appointments. Rarely will you actually speak to the cardiologist in person. He does things more from the side lines. Maybe for efficiency. Be warned the office staff has the potential to lose your paperwork so bring copies. Also make sure you double check they actually put any documents into your files. I had gave them a release form for my PCP. I handed it to the office lady and it was lost. It ended up delaying treatments and testing. Triple check they put in your scheduled appointment in the system. One of the staff never put my appointment on schedule. I went to the office and could not be seen. I wasted gas and time. Nurse practitioners will resign immediately. Be prepared for inconsistent communication or communication breakdowns due to rotating nurse practitioners. Be your own advicate and hold the staff accountable.

Dr Kruegers office is a very organized with apleasant staff. Within an hour I was in and out including aa ultrasound which was unexpected but it saved time. Otherwise it would require another appiontment which I appreciated the availability on such a short notice.I truly appreciate the Dr and his staff for being proactive with my heart.

Dr. Krueger and his medical team have always been very friendly and professional. Of the various procedures and tests I've had done, my questions were answered, and worries calmed. In his office, there is the most interesting picture behind the front office. Very appropriate for cardiologist.

Dr Krueger is an excellent doctor. He’s patient, very knowledgeable, kind and truly cares for his patients. The office manager is great also, handles problems asap if one arises. He’s also patient and kind. Most office staff great with a bed side manner but a few aren’t. Some of the medical assistants don’t look at patients records very well to see info. And they don’t return a call, some need a bit more training. Overall awesome .

This man nearly killed me and another patient of his this past week. Both of us saw him within the last 30 days, and he made decisions that landed us both in the hospital with heart attacks. He cold turkied me off of 2 of my heart meds, only weeks before, because my heart rate was a little low! I should have listened to that voice in my gut, telling me that didn’t feel right, but I did as told. He doesn’t go to the hospital. He doesn’t care. All he cares about is his extensive wardrobe and original Disney artwork. I didn’t even know my heart was not ok. No one in that office said anything. I was just released last night, after a week stay. I never saw or heard from him once. The hospital informed me that he doesn’t do hospitals. I will add all documents and receipts when I get better. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE!!

I'm a returning patient of dr. Kruegers from years ago after insurance had made me use another cardiologist for awhile I was able to be referred back to dr. Krueger thankfully because I feel most comfortable and at ease with him and his staff....I get really anxious going to doctors sometimes and his office is where I feel most comfortable going for cardiac health

For years, I was a patient and constantly went in for chest pain and shortness of breath, always to be told for the most part I was fine. I went to a new cardiologist and had a calcium score that was 311. I was told the high score was likely the reason for my shortness of breath. Additionally, he said he was glad it was caught now, as in another four years I likely would have had a major event.
