I had an amazing experience at this clinic! The doctor was very kind and gave a detailed explanation about my ear condition. They treated me and carefully removed the earwax, and even recommended an ear exam just to be 100% sure, providing excellent follow-up care. The front desk staff were also incredibly sweet. Since I’m not entirely fluent in English, they kindly used their personal phone to help translate into Korean. The entire process—from the check-in to the treatment and booking my next appointment—was perfect and comfortable. Thank you!"
First of all there were bodily fluids in a container in the room they brought me in which immediately made me nauseous and uncomfortable. I mentioned it when the doctor came in he just said "well clean that up later." I paid for parking for 5 mins with the doctor. He seemed in a rush and like he didn’t want to be there and just going through the spiel of procedure options. We’re all human and maybe it was just an off day, but I left unsure of why I was even there and what was accomplished and don’t feel comfortable returning to this doctor or location.
Excellent experience. The office was peaceful and welcoming , the check-staff was very friendly and helpful, and the doctor was pleasant caring and attentive to my concerns. Everyone treated me with kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend this practice.
It was great. They were very accommodating and a bunch of really nice people. they were graded their job too. They really took care of me. I went in there with hearing loss in my left ear and I came out here fine. They took care of the situation. They knew what they were doing. They were very kind and affable, Knowledgeable and fast. All around it was a great experience.
I was taken promptly at the front desk. The office was comfortable. A VIRTUAL interviewer asked me intake questions on a camera. The PA saw me promptly. She asked good questions and answered what their office could and could not do. But she seemed slightly hurried. I was given an appointment for further study about a month away. The best thing is that I was able to book this initial appointment within one day.
I got an uber ride. That’s the best way cus there’s street parking some blocks away for free. My insurance covers free rides and this place doesn’t like if you’re late.
Front desk was super kind and helpful. However, the doctor was halfway out the door the entire appointment. I came in for chronic issues and he was in a major rush, mumbling, didn’t ask any questions, hardly explained anything and just prescribed me something. On top of that they didn’t call in my medication, so I’m having to call the office back and re-confirm the meds that the doctor prescribed. Seems like the prescription was never written down. Highly annoyed.
