My experience with Dr.Duggal is nothing short of amazing. I feel so free to be honest with her even when I have fallen off of the program she helped me with to achieve a great A1C reading. She also listens to me when I am concerned about something. I also love the fact that she doesn't judge me. She is always uplifting and encouraging to me. As for the staff, I look forward to seeing Mrs. Alicia at the front desk when checking in, Mr. Fernando when I am called to the back, and Mrs Veronica when I have to call and make or reschedule an appointment. They are always so friendly, cheerful, and ready to help!

I tried contacting her office many many times. My TSH is below 0.01, my doctor sent a referral to her and not only did I email her through her website, submitted a form on their contact form, but I also called several times and each time it would put me on hold for 30 minutes & then send me to voicemail. To which no one ever called back or replied. Luckily I was able to get my referral redirected to Centennial Medical Group now that they take my insurance, they saw me within 1 week. I'm extremely sad because I waited over a month calling, messaging Jasleen Duggal and did not receive a response. Extremely unprofessional.

She is not hesitant to challenge insurance companies that deny life-saving medications, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to providing effective care. Dr. Duggal is adept at developing innovative solutions to address complex medical challenges. I am deeply fortunate to have her as my physician.

Dr Duggal is a wonderful doctor who cares for her patients. Have been her patient for over 7 years and she has always been the best. She listens to patients and tries to help as much as possible. I’m blessed to call her my doctor.

Dr.Duggal is by far and above and beyond the best human one could ever be so lucky to have cross paths with and enter your life. She doesn’t stop there. As a woman her beauty is stunning and as a doctor she is brilliant. I am sure she has been asked the same questions over and over but you would not find boredom or annoyance in her eyes. You will literally feel her interest in you and your condition and I would be surprised if you felt you did not have enough time with her. Her desire to help you feel better and be the best you can possibly be is genuine. Her explanations are clear and if she senses you are overwhelmed or confused she will see it on your face and gently repeat until she feels not only you understand but most importantly that you are both on the same page and working together. She has recaptured and implemented the lost long ago doctor-patient relationship. The kind that we all have been missing, the kind that gives healing and facilitates the best outcome to be a reality. She will leave you well versed on your condition, her prescribed medication and what it will do for you and when and how to take it, what your and her expectations are and what needs to be achieved by its use to help you return to happier and healthier days if you follow her recommendations. You will be given a customized treatment plan that you can follow. For me I have had hypothyroidism for forty years, prescribed the same medication by many doctors who I told I had the same symptoms stilll yet nothing noted in my records only refill after refill. My fist appointment she ordered labs and with results in hand changed the medication to a different thyroid medicine and a puzzled look of concern as she asked me why, if it didn’t work. Labs done that day at their office lab indicated I had a thyroid issue, numbers that would suggest an untreated issue at that. Three days later I was symptom free. Her care for every one of her patients is a beautifully wrapped gift you will want to keep forever.
