I had a great experience with Kaleb the tech during my neurology appointment. He was very kind, patient, and professional throughout all of my tests. He took the time to explain everything and asked questions in a way that made me feel comfortable. I was feeling nervous, but he even gave me little trivia questions to help keep me calm and distracted, which I really appreciated. It made the whole experience much less stressful. The place is great, clean, and organized. It’s easy to check in. The staff are nice and friendly. The NP Sheila who saw my husband is amazing and knowledgeable. She always answers my husband’s questions and concerns. She explains very well. I highly recommend Sheila!

Mr. Kaleb performed my EMG/Nerve Conduction test and I had a very positive experience, he explained the entire procedure clearly so I knew what to expect since the test involves electrical stimulation and small needle insertions, which can be intimidating for people who don’t like shocks or needles. Mr. Kaleb remained patient, professional, and reassuring. His calm demeanor and the way he communicated each step made a big difference. The environment was also light and comfortable, which helped me relax during the procedure. I truly appreciated his professionalism, kindness, and the way he made what could be an uncomfortable test feel manageable.
