I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in with a nice young lady and sat down to wait for them to call me back. Called me back in about 5 minutes and took me to a room where I expected to wait a while, which usually happens. Dr. Kalha came in after about 5 minutes. He was very nice, polite and explained things thoroughly. I checked out and commented that this may have been the fastest/smoothest Dr. appointment ever. All 3 ladies I dealt with were very nice. I had a Dr. appointment next door after this one and mentioned that I had just left next door. He asked which Dr. I had seen and I told him, Dr. Kalha and he commented how nice he was. Highly recommended.

Very efficient and organized. Waiting time was spot on. Receptionist and nurse were friendly, responsive and helpful. Dr Neil Bhogal was awesome. He had obviously spent the time to thoroughly review my case history and was totally prepared to take care of me, my questions and concerns. Excellent listener. Not rushed. I am in good hands. I am sincerely and deeply grateful for this experience and look forward to his care and support in the future.

Had a pre-colonoscopy meeting with Dr. Robin Matuk and he is fantastic. He listened to me, answered all of my questions, offered advice. I have not had this type of experience before and it was very worthwhile. His support staff were friendly and helpful. Today's visit was an overall pleasant experience.

Everyone was absolutely amazing. From the Receptionist and Nurses right up to Dr. R. Matuk. Everyone was Exceptional, Professional, Kind and Courteous. They all made me feel very well cared for as if I were their most important patient which really made me feel at ease with the procedure I was there for. I am grateful that my insurance provider includes Dr. Matuk and the Kern Gastroenterology Medical Group as a whole. What a beautiful blessing!

I was referred to Kern Gastroenterology on a Thursday by my primary care doctor and they called me to schedule an appointment just 4days later and was seen about 2 and a half weeks from the day we scheduled it which was incredibly fast for a first time appointment, when I arrived at my appointment the office was really nice and clean the lady at the front desk got me checked in right away and helped me get started on my paperwork almost as soon as I sat down I was greeted by one of the medical staff in the lobby and brought me back and collected some information from me based my symptoms and on my medical history and they told me that the doctor would be right in to see me they were all really efficient and friendly and helpful. The doctor came into the room just a few minutes later and went over some questions with me and explained to me what he thought were the procedures necessary to try and find what was causing my issues and what the process would be moving forward to diagnosis and attempt to resolve my issues that I have been suffering with for the past 25yrs he took time to explain and he listened to all of my questions and concerns and he explained everything to me any concerns I had he helped to put my mind at ease and then I was ready to go back out with one of the medical assistants and they helped me to get scheduled for the next step everyone was really nice and understanding and helpful and I didn't have to wait they were on time and when it was my turn I wasn't rushed thru it I was explained to and respected and everything was really nice no stress involved everything went really smoothly I'm definitely comfortable with trusting Kern Gastroenterology to help me thru this process they take the time to explain everything they don't put judgement on you they were patient and polite and I'm definitely going back and I would definitely recommend them for going above and beyond and for putting my best interests first to help meety healthcare needs! thank you so much for everything!
