Endoscopy Center of the Central Coast

Unbelievable! This was actually a very pleasant experience!!! After a looong night of the usual icky prep, being greeted by such pleasant staff members was wonderful beginning. It only got better from there. I had the feeling that I was in a happy workplace, where the staff members enjoyed their work, took pride in making sure patients are comfortable, and did all they could to ensure the procedure went smoothly. Explanations were thorough and easy to understand both before and after completion of the colonoscopy. Their follow up call addressed a question I had to my satisfaction, and reassured me that my comfort and health mattered. It was a surprisingly wonderful experience, especially for a colonoscopy! 10/10!

Came in for my "every 10 year colonoscopy" at this facility. I had my last one done in Los Angeles through Kaiser Permanente, but have moved to Paso Robles since. This is where my current nurse practitioner suggested that I go, and I was very pleased that I did. Very friendly, organized, on time and clean. Dr. Brown came and greeted me after the procedure and was very pleasant. I would recommend this place to others.

Dr. Wetzel and staff are exceptional. They are friendly and made me feel as comfortable as I could be for this 1 in 10 year procedure for me. Also, helpful in that I am a very slow walker due to upcoming hip surgery.

I have used this group For several years and have never had a bad experience. The whole staff from front office to back have always been exceptional!! Very kind and attentive . The Doctor is always informative and friendly, letting you know what is going to happen and what his findings are. Highly recommended this group.

Definitely not the most desirable procedure to go through, but everyone that was involved with this made the experience far better than I could have imagined. Concerned, professional, informative, and even a bit entertaining. What a great staff you have! My personal thanks to all of you.
