No delays on my appointment time. Staff had excellent communication skills and very friendly. The doctor explained what will happen during my procedure. .Also I was able to pick up my prescription all on the same visit. Very pleasant experience.
All staff were very nice and professional.. loved the system in place in regards to checking in, getting vitals done.. lobby, triage and bathroom were all very clean.. waited for awhile but I was advised when I made the appointment that it would be approx an hour.. Dr was very professional and explained exactly what I have to do.
When I first arrived, my referrals were not in and they helped me with that issue. The staff was very kind and professional. The doctor took her time and listened to what I had going on with my health issues, definitely a big change from the last G.I. doctor that I was at. They took immediate action in helping me with everything that they can. I’m very thankful & recommend their services to anyone who is in need.
