Dr. Girnita is incredible. I have axial psoriatic arthritis, which needs to be treated promptly with targeted medication as soon as symptoms begin. I saw three other rheumatologists before her, all of whom missed the diagnosis and would not provide medication sufficient to treat my symptoms or prevent disease progression. Dr. G correctly diagnosed me within twenty minutes of meeting me, then put me on my first biologic medication, which rapidly stabilized me and improved my mobility. She also coaches me on lifestyle changes that can act as a supplement to my medication. My only regret is that I did not start working with her earlier in the course of my disease.
