Dr Chen is warm, compassionate and an excellent practitioner! I genuinely feel better after every visit. He helped me avoid surgery on my wrist and shoulder. He is great at explaining what is going on and how he is treating it. I bring my whole family! Juliet is fantastic and so accommodating with help scheduling appointments and always has a smile and a kind word to brighten my day. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone!!

After going through an emotional time with my dog I developed an eye twitch in my lower left eyelid. I thought it would go away after 2-3 days. Not! It lasted for 5 months. Regular doctors just wanted to give me botox shot. But I decided to see Winson Chen after friends of mine raved about him. He informed me that treatment usually does not produce effects until several treatments. Well after my 5th treatment the eye twitch started to go away. I just finished my last treatment (7th one) and it is GONE! I am so thankful to Winson as the twitch was interfering with my quality of life and mood. If it weren't for him I'd still be having the eye twitch. I plan to go back for other symptoms like my tinnitus. Health always comes first so I'm glad I made it a priority. Also, Juliette, his patient coordinator is wonderful. She is tireless in juggling appointments and, like me, enjoys discussing dogs!

Dr. Winson Chen is a true healer like his father Stephen who practiced before him. Our family have been patients of their practice for more than 20 years! They have saved us from having pain and surgeries. Most recently, Winson has my episode of Bells Palsy under control and myself back to normal within one week! It feels like a true miracle. We have complete faith in him and his practice, so much so we drive from another state for treatment. He has a very welcoming space and Juliette in the front office is helpful and awesome!

I was a skeptic. I had never tried any homeopathic or eastern medicine remedies before. I had cervical radiculopathy at C5 and an entrapped nerve at T5 from a near fall. Western medicine offered pain killers and an extended wait to get into either PT or Physiatry with no guarantee either would completely fix the root causes. Doctors had mentioned the possibility of cortisone shots or surgery if neither of these worked. I did not want any of this. My spouse recommended I try Dr. Chen. Not wanting to be on pain killers or be in pain any longer I went to see Dr. Chen. I am so happy I did! He knew exactly how to treat both my problems, in fact his doctoral thesis was on cervical radiculopathy. His extensive knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to listen to his patients earns him the highest rating from me. He gives you the treatment plan and gets right down to business. He has me pain free, off pain killers, and cured from both pinched nerves. His staff are wonderful to work with and very accommodating to your schedule. I am not skeptical anymore. My journey with Dr. Chen (Doc) started by seeking help with neuropathy in my feet. For example, I could not feel the carpet under my bare feet, my feet were constantly cold, couldn't feel my toes wiggle, and I noticed the skin around my feet and ankles was not as healthy as the rest of my skin. Quality of life was not so good. First visit with Doc, we had a great consult. I shared my symptoms and questions. He shared his perspective, experience treating neuropathy, and plan forward. Plenty of Q&A back and forth that set me at ease. That was about 9 months ago. As the weeks and months progressed, I would share my updates / improvements and Doc would do his work to help with the healing. Today, I feel that we have almost made a full recovery / reversal. I can feel textures while barefoot, feel my toes wiggle, my skin has returned to a normal appearance, and my cold feet are not an issue. This has been life changing!
