Tian Chao Herbs & Acupuncture

Came here after 3 years of struggling with infertility (hashimoto’s hypothyroidism) and had basically given up hope of getting pregnant… Tian didn’t even hesitate. She was so confident I would get pregnant. She said 3 months. It happened just after 2. I am the biggest advocate and now have 2 healthy happy amazing babies!

Tian and her team have truly be exceptional for me. I only have positive things to say about my experience as a patient. When I was about 9 I went in for a benign orbital tumor Tian helped me with using acupuncture and herbs. I was told there was no medication for it by doctors and that we would have to wait for it to grow to get it surgically removed causing possible blindness. It was gone by the time I was 10 when I had an MRI done. I went back as an adult for anxiety and to help heal my unregulated nervous system. It was definitely the help I needed to regulate myself and feel normal again. Tian was able to tell me what was wrong with me before I could! She’s a pro and she knows what she’s doing. Wesley is exceptional as well!

I have had a consistent level 7 nerve pain going from my neck, back, and arm for the last few weeks. Physical therapy and tylenol haven’t helped. I decided to try acupuncture and I had instant relief that night and for the next 3-4 days. I have now gone twice and will keep going back as this is the only thing that has been able to relive the consistent pain.

That holistic approach made a tremendous difference for me. I also want to emphasize that I used her care alongside Western medicine when necessary. For me, finding a balance between the two approaches was important, and I am very grateful that Tian Chao was part of that journey. I truly believe I would not be doing as well today without her knowledge and support. She comes from generations of traditional Chinese medicine practitioners and has an incredible depth of knowledge and experience. I continue to see her regularly because I trust her and value the care she provides. The entire office is welcoming and friendly. The receptionists are wonderful, and everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I also love the herbal products—the teas are delicious—and I have purchased skincare products as well, including a cream that I absolutely love. If you are looking for someone who takes the time to understand the whole person and offers thoughtful, individualized care, I highly recommend Tian Chao. She has been an important part of my health journey, and I am genuinely grateful to have found her.
