RadNet Beverly Tower Wilshire Advanced Imaging

In as much as probably few people if any want to do an MRI, this place made it as good an experience as it possibly could be. I was seen immediately. The nurse that took me back to where I got changed and then took me into the room was extremely polite and caring. The gentleman who was in there was equally as nice. I had to have an IV with contrast so he explained the process very well. I was given ear plugs plus what are supposed to be noise canceling headphones which helped with the obnoxious sound of the machine which still seems to be the same after so many years. It was done in 20 minutes as they said it would be. Everything is clean and spotless. The building validates for parking so it could not have been easier. If I have to have this done again, I'm going to try and come back here.

I had a couple ultrasounds done at RadNet, and it was a great experience. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The ultrasound technicians were amazing, kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything was on time, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the excellent care and customer service. Thank you!

Scheduling an appointment online was smooth and uncomplicated. I had many option for a same day X-ray. Parking was a breeze downstairs and they validated at check in. I was brought into a room within five minutes. The technician was kind thoughtful.

I was feeling very anxious and stressed, as soon as I got to the office it felt very welcoming. And I forgot the young lady’s that did my ultrasound she was exceptional. I was there on today at 5 pm, She was calm, and warm her demeanor put me at ease talking to me step by step brought my anxiety level down. Thank you & The team at front!

Very professional business From the exterior of the building to the entire staff. Even the bathroom was amazing from the marble floors to the gold toilet handles. Quite an experience. I needed 4 MRIs yet I was in & out rather quickly. I highly recommend.

Very elegant office, but in a nice way. Not super-crowded as some medical offices are. Nice young lady at the desk. There was an online check-in service which I had already used at home so there was no dreary paperwork to do. My wait-time was short and the young man administering the procedure was very kind and pleasant. The entire procedure can’t have taken any more than 25 or 30 minutes and I was as free to go. All in all, a very good experience.

I always choose Beverly Tower Wilshire whenever my doctors request imaging because I consistently receive excellent care from their staff. Everyone is professional, courteous, and welcoming. She assisted me throughout the process, made me feel comfortable, and patiently allowed me to answer all of the necessary questions without feeling rushed. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made my visit a very positive experience. Thank you, Soraya, and the entire Beverly Tower Wilshire team, for providing such outstanding care.
