Stockton Diagnostic Imaging - California Street

I was a walk-in for an x-ray. Staff was timely with checking me in. I was very impressed with how fast i was taken back to do the x-ray. She was very professional and a pleasure to talk with. The overall experience was outstanding from start to finish.

Both of the gals in the office were so kind. I, foolishly, didn't have my ID on me, but they were able to accommodate me and texted me a link to upload a picture of it to their portal. Then, when taken back for my scan, for my comfort, she didn't even make me wear a gown - just checked that what I had on had no metal. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I had to get poked 3 times b4 they couldn't get the vain. Great staff. Grateful it was over. No bad feelings, I was dehydrated. 🥵

Excellent experience. The associates are friendly efficient and respectful of your time. My appointment was on time and I was finished very quickly. They even made my appointment convenient. I had two tests to be done so they scheduled them consecutively. I was very pleased with my experience.

Front desk/ reception was very efficient but need to be pleasant. We are all going through something as patients and they need to be more considerate of us. Use a fake pleasant voice and a smile. CTA female technician was absolutely amazing She was pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions and doubts.

The waiting room was very clean. The service was very prompt. Lisa was very helpful. The woman that administrated the MRI she was very easy to work with and communicated everything she was doing. She also thought out the box to make sure that my foot was comfortable and I was able to get my MRI done, because with my splint my foot didn’t fit. She went above and beyond to get the job done.

Went in around 10am, no waiting, got registered quick, and wait for tech was minimal. Technician had great rapport skills and professional. Everyone had great communication skills and great customer service.
