Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air

Rick from Power Pro was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the inspection process on my A/C system. He carefully went over the filters inside the house, inspected the outdoor unit thoroughly, and made sure I understood exactly what he was checking and why it mattered. What really stood out was how patient and personable he was throughout the appointment. Instead of rushing through the job, Rick made the entire afternoon pleasant and stress-free. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing quality work and making sure everything was operating properly. Thanks to Rick’s attention to detail and professionalism, I’m feeling confident and prepared heading into the Southern California summer heat. Excellent service all around, and I would absolutely recommend Rick and Power Pro to anyone looking for honest, professional HVAC service.

Tony, the technician showed up on time and ready to go. He was very professional and polite, taking the time to explained to me the steps as he was performing the work. He did a great job on the installation, but did have a little hiccup when he went to fire up the water heater and it started displaying a code. He trouble shot the system verifying everything was correct. After a thorough investigation he determined it was the electrical component "the brain" that was malfunctioning. He didn't have one in his truck, so he left to get one from their warehouse. Due to traffic and distance to their facility, it took him about an hour and a half to make it back. He replaced the unit and fired it up verifying all was working properly.. Tony really went above and beyond to make sure I had hot water and that it all worked out in the end. I was very pleased with him and his service. I'd recommend anyone in need of a solid plumber to ask for him.

Edwin was very nice and professional. Helped solve our draining problem of two bathtubs quickly and throughly. Kept everything clean and respectful of our carpets and hose. Company was great on keeping me updated on time of arrival via text and phone. Definitely recommend them and will use them again. Side note: I have also used this company for heater issues and had amazing service than as well.

Rickey was fantastic. I needed a new faucet and was in a time crunch - he showed me options, got the parts and fixed it same afternoon within a few hours. Very professional and personable! I highly recommend!

Edwin R. was my service technician. He was professional and thorough. Walked me through a variety of options. Took his time to show me things. Seemed transparent. Did a good job with the work asked of him. I would consider hiring Power Pro for future jobs.

I had a great experience with Power Pro today. Niko came out to diagnose an odor issue with my mini-split system, and he quickly figured out what was going on. He explained everything clearly, gave me options without being pushy, and ended up deep cleaning the affected indoor units. After the cleaning, the smell was gone and the system was running properly again. I appreciated how professional, thorough, and straightforward Niko was throughout the visit. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Power Pro for HVAC work.

Edwin Rivera provided exceptional service during our recent water heater inspection. From the moment he arrived, he demonstrated great personal engagement and professionalism. He thoroughly explained the inspection process, what he was doing at each step, and the reasons behind his recommendations. What we appreciated most was the time he took to educate both my husband and me about our water heater, including its age, expected lifespan, and the potential causes of the noises I had been hearing. He carefully investigated our concerns and ensured that all of our questions were answered in a way that was easy to understand. Because of Edwin's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail, we feel confident in the work that was performed and in the condition of our water heater moving forward. As loyal Power Pro customers, the coupon my husband received was an added bonus and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Edwin, for providing outstanding customer service and for making us feel informed and valued throughout the entire experience. Sincerely, Kim and Leard Bell, Jr.
