TruBug Pest Control

Our technician was very detailed in explaining how our first service would go along with upcoming service. He explained the importance of what to expect and if we had any questions to let him know. Very professional yes one would say well that’s what they should be providing but it’s a step further when you feel that honest family vibe from TruBug. Thank we look forward to having you taking care of our homes. Brett was fantastic our homes are in your hands!!

First time using service and everyone in company has been not only helpful and explained everything perfectly but so friendly and patient with all my questions. Starting from Josh to Natalie to Brett who just left my house. Brett was very thorough with his explanation of what he was servicing and very pleasant to explain it all. I was concerned of some wasp nests and he put me at ease. Thank you for such an incredible pleasant experience.

Great company with outstanding customer service! Brett was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident in my decision. The whole experience was smooth and professional. I highly recommend this company and appreciate Brett for going above and beyond!

Aaron did an excellent job ensuring our home was thoroughly covered and protected. He was professional, friendly, and very personable throughout the entire visit. We appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Brett did a great job! He communicated what he would be doing and addressed my whole property. Let me know if anything else was needed before next scheduled service to give them a call.
