Resoled my Redwing Moc Toe perfectly. Came out looking new. Boots are 15 years old and this is the second resole. Highly recommend.

Amazing !!!! The strap on my favorite Donna Karan purse. Added a beautiful leather strap!! Looks amazing! It was completely frayed and broken before. I always come here they do a great job.

I brought in my Gucci mules to be refurbished. I wanted it to be done right. New sole, new heel, shined… basically bring them back to looking new again. I was quoted $220 which I paid with the understanding that it "would be like new." Their words not mine. I ended up with what a black rubber sole. When I asked how $220 explains the cost when they used rubber and rubber which doesn’t match the original tan color I was told it was because it was "3 jobs." The labor I understand but the material, rubber, still doesn’t explain the cost. I also noticed that the black sole was sticking out and had to go back for them to have it line up with the toe. The shoes look fine. But for $220 I expected work to reflect the cost and instead I ended up with what now look like fake Gucci mules.

The only cobbler I go to and leave happy every time. They take such good care of my shoes and have an amazing service. Gary and Harry are the best in town!! Thank you guys so much.

Some people just shouldn’t be allowed to own businesses…… my partner brought in her pair of vintage Chanel boots to fix some minor creasing in the toe box (see before picture). Upon picking them up, it was clear that the person working on them either had no interest in fixing them, or intentionally was trying to give us a run for our money. there was cracking where there wasn’t cracking before (it looked like someone took a blow torch to it), there was something (cardboard/masking tape) placed into the toe box, and there were pads added to the heel despite this not even being what we brought them in for! Despite the horrible job that they did, my partner still paid the $40 they charged, however as soon as I saw the damage I went to get our money back. After I told them that the shoes were ruined, I was met with a shouting employee telling me to step outside, and a calmer yet equally delusional older man who claimed that the damage was there in when we brought them in and that he wouldn’t give me my money back. After nearly 20 minutes of "it wasn’t damaged when I brought them in" and "yes it was," the man finally gave me $30 back because I said I wouldn’t give him a bad Google review if he gave me my money back. Well, $30 isn’t $40 and I found pictures of the shoes before so forgive me for forsaking my agreement. Please, for the love of god, go somewhere else
