Bob Jenson

My technicians Gustavo & Migual were excellent to work. Professional and polite at all times. Any questions or concerns I had were handled to my satisfaction. We did a walk thru together to go over the entire AC & heating installation to cover any questions I might have, even assisted in setting up the smart thermostat app making sure it worked correctly. Thank you Gustavo

Five stars for Pouria! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He carefully inspected our heating and air conditioning system and explained the issues in clear, easy-to-understand terms. What stood out most was his friendly demeanor and professionalism. He made me feel comfortable and confident that the job was being handled properly. Highly recommended.

I called Bob Jensen to fix my AC. I had called other companies, but they had the earliest appointment. Uz, my technician, was very thorough. He checked everything carefully, showed me what was wrong, and explained everything in detail. He told me what options I had so I could make an informed decision. Then, he fixed the problem quickly and got the AC running again. He was very respectful, professional and didn't talk down to me. I was extremely happy with him (even though the scheduler had the time wrong). It was worth it to have him do the work. If you call the company, ask for Uz; he is the best! I give him the highest recommendation!

This was my first time using Bob Jensen. I had two mini splits that were not working. Brian came and easily fixed the first one. The second one needed the pump replaced which he had to order and then come back at a separate time to install it. He was professional and informative. Also he was respectful of of my house and wore booties. So far both are working well. If I have an air conditioning repair issue in the future I will give Bob Johnson a call.

Tech. Enoc Garcia provided exceptional service. He was welcoming, professional, clean, and patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. What impressed us most was that he never pressured us to replace our AC unit. Instead, he honestly explained the condition of our system and our options without any sales tactics. My wife and I truly appreciated his integrity and professionalism. In fact, his honest approach made us open to considering a replacement in the future, even though we hadn’t planned to. Thank you Enoc. God bless

Pouria and Abraham were great! This is the kind of service that you want to receive. They were courteous, professional, and knew exactly what to check for. Pouria took the time to explain to me what they were doing and why they were doing it and if they didn’t do it, what could happen. It really was a very good experience with great service

We hired Bob Jenson to come out and clean our A/C unit, which hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed 13 years ago. Enoc was the technician on the job, and he was outstanding. From the moment he arrived, Enoc was extremely polite and respectful — asking permission before doing anything and taking the time to answer all of my questions. He performed a full and thorough test on both our A/C and heater. During that process, he found a small issue with the A/C and a much bigger, more concerning issue with the heater. We had 23 ppm of carbon monoxide coming out of our vents. None of our detectors had gone off, but this very likely explains the headaches I’ve been having. Enoc identified what he believed to be the source of the leak and immediately called his supervisor, Tom, to double-check and verify his findings. Together, they confirmed that a corroded part was leaking carbon monoxide. They also explained that contributing factors included improper airflow from our vents and a gas line that was not properly installed. While it was disappointing to learn that our furnace needs to be replaced, we are incredibly grateful that this dangerous issue was caught when it was. This could have made our family very sick — or worse — and the peace of mind alone is priceless. Because of this unexpected and serious finding, they voided the cleaning fee entirely and even installed the A/C part for free. Both Tom and Enoc were professional, thorough, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. They also wore protective booties every time they entered our home, which really showed their attention to detail and respect for our space. We highly recommend Bob Jenson Heating & Air Conditioning. We are extremely thankful for their honesty, professionalism, and the peace of mind knowing everything will be fixed and done correctly.
