Fusion Welding

I had some twisted and unrepairable jeep parts that were no longer sold. Jeep wanted to sell me an entire new window, but in less thank 24 hours (on a Sunday) they took them and had them back to me good as new. Great guy, great service. Multi talented. If you need a weld on anything, call him first!

I just want to express my sincere thanks to the Fusion Welding team; they are truly professional. I had a 53-foot trailer with a crack at the rear. I had previously tried having another welder fix it, but the crack reappeared after just a few days. Then I found Fusion Welding and discussed the issue with them; they devised a proper plan for the repair. After the work was done, I put the trailer back into service hauling heavy loads—up to 45,000 pounds—continuously for two weeks, and it held up perfectly. Welding aluminum is no easy task, so I am very grateful to the Fusion Welding team. They are truly professional.

I needed to get the bow roller struts on my boat trailer repaired, one was broken off and the other bent and cracked. Dave and one of his guys were able to come over where I store the boat and did a great job. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time spent and the end result looks great. As a side note, I contacted four different welders in the area and none of the others could be bothered to even respond!

Dave and Alex at Fusion Welding are a fantastic team. We had a repair project with a badly corroded hinge on a heavy steel gate. They responded quickly to our rfq, quoted a very reasonable price and quickly completed the project. Their work is excellent.

I have a 3-rail Kendon motorcycle trailer and one of the supporting tubes cracked. (2-stars for Kendon) I reached out to several welders in the Bay Area. After some scheduling issues we were finally able to find a date and time and worked and Fusion Welding was able to weld the frame back together for a very reasonable price. You can see the weld seam in the attached picture. Fusion offered to grind it down and smooth it out so it can be powder coated again at the expense. However, I declined and opted to for the additional strength a full weld seam offers over optics. They also had black spray paint on hand and spray painted the exposed tube for me, which was much appreciated.
