Josh from White Pine was the first to pick up my call and deal with me on what I needed for my 1,400sqr/ft structure and was very patient with me through the whole process. He answered all my questions either through a phone call or through text. Even when he had to take a day off work to take care of his daughter he was still answering my text and call and referred me to another person that was in the office to help me out. I also had extra hardware that they allowed me to return without any restocking fee or any hassle. Even when I needed some extra lumber they tried their best to hold to their original quote even if prices increased. All the guys in the office were great and very helpful.
Went to white pine lumber to source slats for a tiny project, my purchase was a mere 5 slats, nothing compared to the volumes they typically move, yet both the front desk and backyard staff were generous with their time, and were customer oriented all through. I will go here for all my future lumber sourcing (you should too), they are thoroughly professional and genuinely helpful folks.
Pretty damn upset! I spent $400 on some birch. I asked for a few cuts to fit them in my vehicle. Who in the hell cross cuts wood beauty??? Ruined the wood. All the edges chipped off, some plugs completely fell off rendering the panels completely useless.
Helpful staff. Will take your measurements and make a recommendation for the materials needed. They want to make sure you're happy with the product quality and encourage you to bring back what you're not happy with. They will deliver or load you up at pick up. The parking lot could be bigger.
Great place, amazing employees, I’ve dealt with white pine on and off for the last 10 years. No matter who I speak with I am always treated with respect and given good prices. Most recently Kyle helped me at the front counter, great job and great price! Thank you The delivery guy Audy was very kind and respectful of my home, he very gently loaded all materials into my house, left with a hand shake and a smile on his face. Good people! Highly recommended
