Ooh lala nails & spa

My husband and I used to come to Lilly all the time but unfortunately we moved a ways out and we haven’t been able to come here anymore. But today I was in the area so I took a chance. I couldn’t see our Lilly so I saw Sara and she was just as sweet and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend either of these 2 girls! I wish we lived closer and I’d certainly be back!

this is my fourth time coming here and normally i get a full set with a gel pedicure and they do a decent job but recently i got gel manicure. i am very disappointed in the finished product of my nails, the guy nail tech who did my nails cut my cuticles to the point of blood, didn’t apologize, then left the skin around the nails messy with excess nail polish then made it seem like it was my fault and complained that my nails were "too short" which the only problem i had was that it looked messy, the shape was fine, the length was fine, just the surrounding areas were messy. then he continued to apply excessive amounts of oil to try and remove the left over polish then complained there was too much oil and had me wash my hands. i come to this shop because it is convenient for me but they always rush through the sessions leaving me unsatisfied with the finished look of my nails and toes no matter how many times i correct them on what I wanted

i’ve been going here for over two years and see LILLY every time! she is so kind and makes you truly feel like a celebrity! she’s wonderful at manis/pedis, acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing! book with lilly! she’s THE BEST

I was a walking and got in right away for a pedicure. Lily was my technician and was really good. Great personality. Loved the massage and they had lots of gel colors to choose from.

My lady was very patient and gentle. She asked me how I was feeling at each step. I love coming to Ooh-La-La nails & spa to do my French pedi because they are always so friendly, quick to attend, and reasonable.
