Red Carpet Car Wash

I recently paid $40 for your highest-tier Red Carpet service, but I am disappointed with the results. There are still noticeable dirt spots and marks on the vehicle that I was able to wipe off easily with a dry towel. Given the premium price, the quality of the work did not meet expectations.

Didn’t leave a 1 star cause the quick lube service tech is 5 star but the Car wash detailing is worse every time I go. Love going here for the Full service oil changes and I always upgrade but seems like the car wash detailing has been more about quantity than quality. Paid for a "platinum" the last 2 times and the results are garbage. This last time I had to go to a different car wash to have it washed properly.

My car looked spotless inside and out, and they didn’t miss any of the small areas that usually get overlooked. The service was quick but thorough, and the pricing felt fair for the quality of work. This was my first time visiting this car wash, and unfortunately I was disappointed. I paid $58 for a premium wash, but there were still visible marks on the windshield, the floor mats were not fully cleaned, and the inside door panels still had dirt and marks on them. For the price, I expected much better attention to detail and a cleaner finish. Based on this experience, I’m not sure I would return.

Today I went in for an oil change, and on Sundays they usually have a special for $49.99 that includes a car wash. I’ve been going to this place for many years, but they recently changed the car wash from their "best wash" to a basic bargain wash. Now it only includes an exterior wash—no dusting, no interior wipe‑down, nothing extra. I was really disappointed because even though it’s a Sunday deal, my car takes synthetic oil, which costs about $120, not $49. So I’m basically paying full price for the oil change but only getting an express wash. They also vacuum the car, but it’s a very quick vacuum that doesn’t actually remove all the debris. Overall, it felt like an express wash instead of the full service I used to get.
