Gobind Jewelers

Absolutely terrible experience. I bought a ring from this store, and to my shock, it literally broke in half. A ring is supposed to last for years, not fall apart under normal use. When I brought it back expecting the store to stand behind the quality of what they sold, I was treated like the problem was mine. The most frustrating part was their offer of compensation. They offered less than half of what I originally paid for the ring, despite jewelry prices having increased significantly since the purchase. Then they suggested that I buy a new ring that was nearly double the price of the original one. So not only did their product fail, but they expected me to spend even more money to fix a problem caused by their poor quality jewelry. This felt like a complete disregard for customer loyalty and basic fairness. Once they have your money, don’t expect them to stand behind their products when something goes wrong. A ring breaking in half is unacceptable. Offering a fraction of the original value and pushing customers toward a much more expensive replacement is even worse. I would never buy from this store again and would strongly encourage others to think twice before spending their hard earned money here.

I recently bought gold jewelry from this shop and had a great experience. The staff was very polite and helpful. They showed many designs and explained everything clearly. The quality of the gold and finishing of the jewelry is very good. Prices were also reasonable. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for good Indian gold jewelry.
