We love that SF Market is here in Fresno. Our main visit is always fish and frying fish services. Select your fresh fish, clean it, clean and cut and even fry it. It's extra for those choices, but if it's fried fresh, why not. They always have a large variety of fresh vegetables and fruits to select from as well. Go check them out!

Today, I purchased a black bass from SF Market and asked an employee in the seafood department to clean it for me. Unfortunately, while removing the internal organs, the employee once again ruptured the fish’s gallbladder. The same thing happened during a previous purchase, but I did not say anything at the time. Since it happened again today, I reported it to the front desk and asked them to notify the manager. Unfortunately, they did not seem to take the matter seriously. When a fish’s gallbladder is ruptured, the bile may contaminate the meat and create a potential food-safety concern. At the very least, the contaminated area should be thoroughly removed, and the customer should be clearly informed rather than being handed the fish without any explanation. I am not writing this review to attack the business, but to remind other customers to carefully inspect their fish after it has been cleaned. I also hope SF Market will provide better technical training for its seafood department employees and establish a proper procedure for handling ruptured fish gallbladders. Food hygiene and customer safety should always be taken seriously.

This store has a ton of amazing Asian products and many more. The aisles are stocked with many different types of products. The seafood and meat department is amazing with the different varieties. I really enjoyed looking around at everything. The cashier was super friendly. I will definitely visit again.

I find the prices are genuine, i will definitely visit again for detergent, peanut, plastic bucket. Variety of seafood. Recommended all.

Absolutely love coming here when I'm in town. Produce meats and seafood are super fresh. They have a huge selection of all kinds of goodies, sauces, snacks. Freezer section is also impressive 👌 if you can't find what you're looking for you probably need to hop a plane to Asia haha
