Lift Factor is easily one of the best gyms in town. The equipment selection is excellent, and they have some of the best machines available for both serious lifters and everyday gym-goers. I’m especially excited about their new location coming soon! I know it will be incredible 🔥🤩 One thing I really appreciate is that the gym has a more private and exclusive feel compared to larger commercial gyms. It creates a great training environment without feeling overcrowded. They also carry a solid selection of energy drinks, which is always a bonus for someone like me who loves a good pre-workout before training. On top of that, the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their members and the overall gym experience. Highly recommend Lift Factor to anyone looking for a quality gym with great equipment, a positive atmosphere, and an awesome team.

First and foremost, I wanna say the gym is very clean. It has everything you want in a gym. Also, I wanna say Lewis was very welcoming and very helpful from the start. I see no reason why I would not want to go back. It seems like all the members are very helpful towards each other and even to anybody if they need help overall I would recommend this gym to anybody.

Lift Factor fitness is a great gym. Very clean and well kept. The equipment is amazing and they have machines that other gyms do not. The gym employees are all very friendly and make the place feel welcoming and bring a great environment to the place. I'd say this place is easily the best gym in Visalia and has the best environment out of any other gym in Visalia.

I went here with a friend a little while ago. The place was well spaced out and maintained a clean environment. Staff was friendly, welcoming and as someone new to lifting who publicly passed out in this gym. I can say with first hand experience and slight embarrassment that these guys are also great at handling emergencies! 10/10 would recommend (:
