Cozymeal Cooking Classes

The Spanish Tapas class by chef Nico in Madrid, Spain, was excellent, fun and easy to follow. The tapas were delicious too. The kitchen area was spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. After the tapas, we went to a beautiful room where we finished the night with dinner and wine pairings, prepared by Benji, one of the chefs. Last, but not least, our glasses were filled with delicious cava throughout the entire night.

Chef Parsati Myself and some coworkers took a personal cooking class at the Chef's place and it was wonderful - the food was delicious and the chef shared so much information from cookware to chemistry of food. She started with a small snack to keep us engaged and then we got to sit and eat the meal we prepared. Her home was clean and welcoming with our own music selections. It was a great experience and I recommend it!

We had a double date night in Chef Parsati's kitchen with best friends visiting from Southern California. We made dumplings with excellent coaching and instructions from her. She had so many helpful tips and suggestions about spices and food combinations. She helped us make gluten free, lactose free dumplings too. Everything was delicious! She made us feel like welcome guests in her home!

Chef Dirk was amazing! We truly loved the experience and the delicious meal we cooked together. We were a family of 5 doing the class together and Chef was so patient with the kids. It was truly impressive the way he involved everyone in the process and taught us so much along the way. He was funny and friendly. We couldn’t believe we cooked something so delicious together. Our oldest daughter said it was the best meal she had ever eaten in her life! We wish we could have gotten all the recipes! Highly, highly recommend taking a class with Chef Dirk!

We (three mothers) wanted to celebrate our son’s 21 year old birthday together. The kids grew up together since kindergarten. We decided to try Chef Motti’s pizza making class. Chef Motti did an amazing job, we had lot of fun while learning to make pizza at the same time. He came with everything so we didn’t have to prep for anything whatsoever. We made multiple pizzas, salad and an almond cake, everything turned out delicious. We are still having pizza leftovers. Thank you Chef Motti!
