had a great experience working with Lianna from Career Services. She was always helpful, supportive, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right opportunity. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me throughout the job search process. Thanks to Lianna’s help and dedication, I was able to land a great job and take the next step toward my career. I really appreciate everything she did for me and all the effort she put into helping me succeed. I highly recommend Lianna to anyone who is looking for career guidance and support. She truly goes above and beyond!

I 100% recommend speaking to Bana if you’re interested or need help with extern hours. She has helped me so much and got me back up on my feet to pass the finish line. I truly appreciate everything she has helped me with and even though we started off bumpy she made me see a clear view on how to get through it. BEST LADY TO EXSIST.

UEI are a bunch of liars!! My loved one owas promised a job placement! That's why my loved one enrolled in UEI! My love one got the diploma already and has not been placed in a job! But has been applying different places and because they need at least one year of experience they cannot get a job!,!!! And whenever my loved one tries to call to talk to somebody they never get a live person or the calls returned!!!!! And it clearly says job placement assistance!!

I just graduated as a dental assistant and Sonia G helped me so much!! This campus is honestly so amazing. The staff are super nice and helpful; they prepared for what a dental office would be like outside an educational setting. Honestly, I would not know where I would be today if I hadn’t attended here

I’m leaving this review for Bana in career services. She does an amazing job at helping me with find a new job after I got laid off from Mercedes. I understand that some stuff is out of our control but she still does her best and I do feel more confident in landing a new job thanks to her

Second review of this place! instructor Cesar Ramirez has been nothing short of the best. The rate of growth here at North-West far surpasses any other course. Within the first week I’m able to change and install most basic HVAC SYSTEMS.

If I can give this school a negative amount of stars I would. I highly do not recommend coming to this school. In the beginning they guarantee you that they will help you get a job, but they don't. They didn't keep their word when they told us students that they woukd give us a placement job once we finished out program. They lied. They just want you to start going there so they can take your money. They are very unhelpful, very unorganized, and very unprofessional. Please do not go here. They also treat their staff and their students very unfairly. Then as a student you are placed with a career rep to help you find a job, like their website guarantees, but they are no help at all. My career rep was very rude and unprofessional and lacked communication and then blamed it on me that I was being disrespectful and lacking communication. I had brought up some issues I was having and he never answered mt texts or phone calls. The only way I was able to speak to her is if I went in person, and when going in person, it seemed to bother her, so I apologized for disturbing or interrupting her and she said "it's ok, I'm used to it." My instructor was amazing! She was the best instructor and she tried helping me. Other than that, admin and career service rep were very unhelpful and unprofessional. It clearly shows in the photo description about job placement assistance. Then when it came time for me to receive my diploma, it was a waste of time. I went one day to ask about my diploma and when I should go and get it and they told me next friday. The lady will be here to hand them out. Ok so that next Friday I went and they told me no not today next Friday. So I said thats what they told me last Friday, they told me to come today. And they said no next Friday. OK, so I called the next friday and they said no next friday not today. Ok, so I called the friday after that and guess what, nope next friday, they said our system has been down since Wednesday, so next Friday. OK, the 4 friday comes, and I call they said no our system has been down since last week and I said what about the weeks before that? They said oh ibdont know about that, so kow I asked to speak to the director of education. She told me come in that day (Friday) and ill have someone print it out for you. So I confirmed saying so if I come in today I can get my diploma she said yes. Ok so I go and I talk to the front desk and they have me fill out a release packet. I had to go to all of the departments to have them sign me off. I then go to my last department which is the career services and she told me "You know you can't pick up your diploma today right?" And I told her nope the director of education told me I can come and she'll have someone print it out for me. So she had me wait in the lobby for 20 minutes because she was going ro speak to the director of education and for her to come back and tell me that they aren't available today. So I went to the back where I spoke to the director of education myself and I told her that we spoke over the phone about my diploma and she said I can get it today. So she said to wait in the lobby. So I waited another 30 minutes and they finally came out with my diploma. All of that took them 4 weeks and 1 and a half hours for me to get my diploma.
