KidsPark - Fresno

This is a great affordable place when you need last minute childcare. The teachers are always friendly and very patient. The arts and crafts they do with the kids are so cute and creative. My son loves going on "the mountain of energy." I've come in and seen the kids having fun dancing with bubbles. My son loves when there's bubbles. I keep telling my friend she should bring her nephew here. It would be a great place for him to get exposed to being around other kids before he starts preschool.

Not happy at all. They don’t put any effort with any kid and always short staffed. If any kid doesn’t act the way they expect them or if any kid loves a certain toy and wants to be in that station and play with it, they call you to pick them up. They expect 4 years to be so independent and understanding of all rules which the kids have no idea about. Then this lady calls you to tell you we have a special plan for your son; we will try 15 minutes at a time with him and I said ok but are you going to explain rules to him or be with him in a one to one or have a different approach and the answer is no. So if you complain about my son not listening and you are calling me to offer a plan, excuse that is not a plan. That you trying to be smart and saying your son is not allowed more than 15 minutes at a time. I don’t care if you are short staffed and impatient and have no skills dealing with any different kinds of kids. You can bring your other son. I am not bringing no one no more.

Great place for hourly daycare. My kids love it here, we have been going here for about a year now and had no issues. Highly recommended!

When my little one is here I don’t worry at all because I know she is safe and will be taken care of. Since we came to Fresno in 2021 Kids Park has been a life saver! I don’t think we would have stayed if it wasn’t for this place. Ms. Sharla, Ms.Tanya, Haley, and Hadley’s mom ( can’t remember her name) are all amazing women. So grateful to have a safe place for my little one.

I’m super disappointed with the way they run this place The amount of stress I have as a single mom with no childcare is hard Already, when you walk in the greeting is very different every time, but I’m just gonna speak on today. We have been there a few times already and my daughter goes in to Drop off my two little ones so they can have some playtime for a couple hours and upon walking in we are told that we have to do a new registration again because they have a new system so my kids have to sit in the little waiting room and they’re going absolute bonkers, crying Doing the absolute most and the teachers are just walking around If you’re gonna make us do a registration that you guys could’ve simply emailed us about and we could’ve done this prior to coming in at least help out come around and assist. Do any of these teachers really have experience with kids with disabilities with autism? I don’t know do But I really think this place has the potential to be absolutely amazing. They can do glow nights they can offer better food because the food is terrible and they do not track what your kids eat because when I asked what they ate, they couldn’t even tell me and when they did, I knew it wasn’t true because my daughter‘s autistic and she doesn’t eat that so I just think that there needs to be some integrity in place. I really hope the manager reaches out to me because I need the support but I refuse to take my kids somewhere that I don’t feel safe.
