The sign-up process was straightforward, and I appreciated how easy it was to customize my coverage based on my riding habits. The premiums are competitive compared to other providers I looked at, and I was able to bundle additional coverage like roadside assistance without a huge increase in cost. Customer service has been responsive so far—I had a question about my policy, and the representative explained everything clearly without rushing me. I haven’t had to file a major claim yet, but I did use their roadside assistance once when my bike wouldn’t start, and the help arrived faster than expected. That gave me some confidence in their service. The only downside is that their mobile app could be more user-friendly—it occasionally lags and makes it harder to access documents quickly. Overall, I’d recommend this insurance provider to other riders looking for affordable coverage and decent customer support.

Matthew Costa was very efficient in handling this matter for me with professionalism at its peak. He was very generous in providing the best customer service I could ever receive with excellent communication on explaining all that was needed in executing the task that was inquired of me in this particular circumstance.
