I had let Tyler know about filing earlier in February because I’m in the middle of family court and he gave me a timeline to get back to me by the beginning of March. We’re in April and he’s been unresponsive for weeks and just responded with saying we’re filing "after April 15." I’m not sure if this is some sort of joke. I paid him every month and did not meet once for an entire year. Keep that in mind.

Honestly, my taxes are my most expensive bills. Having him to advise me on some options allowed me to make the best informed decisions for myself. Really appreciated his guidance on some life changing decisions that have affected me in positive ways only!

I have been a client of Roos & McNabb for more than 3 years now. Found using quickbooks as a way to better understand the software, I ended up hiring them to help with my accounting for my newly established small business. They were very helpful with all areas, including areas specific to the industry, transpiration. RM had specialists in all areas of finance. They were never pushy and always helpful when needed. I never had to wait for a response from their team. They were also there when my wife and I started thinking of financial planning for our future, something we still haven't moved forward with, but will once we have the funds. We will definitely be using Roos & McNabb for our future financial planning. I trust Tyler and their team, and now they will always work hard for me and my family. I recommend them to anyone.

Negative five stars if possible. Missed our scheduled consultation on a Sunday (Sunday was per Tyler’s request) then the next day I get a call from the secretary that he he had a "family emergency" and would like to reschedule. She offered times, I accepted one, and waited for a calendar invite that never came. Tried reaching out to let her know and cc Tyler on email and no response. Such a waste of my time and so unprofessional. If this is how they handle potential new clients I can only imagine the shoddy state my taxes will be in under their care- no thank you!

Roland Roos and Company has been preparing my taxes and providing sound accounting advice to my husband and I for 17 years. He and his staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable and do a great job preparing us for what's ahead and keeping us informed on what's happening with tax changes. I highly recommend them.
