Oscar was very helpful over at Mr Steve’s pawn shop! I saw a listing that was posted online for a Panasonic lens I was in search for and he held it while I made my drive from Pomona to LA. The item was perfect and worked well! Very pleased with his customer service! Thank you Oscar.

They were super patient with us while looking through everything until we found the right ring. Their prices were good and they had some rings with a special discount. They had so much variety, which I don't think other pawn shops could beat. We will definitely be coming back. I did come once prior and their shop was closed- they are only open 24/7 for selling at the window. So make sure to get their in-store hours if you plan to look around.

If I could give more stars, I would. Best place to work with; kind, patient, and genuinely understanding. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with respect and never felt pressured. Shout to Oscar. Rushed and barely made it a minute before closing once I heard they a MacBook for an amazing price. Oscar and the staff were friendly and the purchase went smoothly. No issues with the MacBook either. In great condition, no iCloud lock, MDM lock, and was wiped clean. 5/5 and would go here again.
