Robert Howlett of The Appraisal Station really came through for us. We were in need of a date-of-death appraisal and contacted several appraisers/appraisal companies. We chose to go with Robert because he was prompt in getting back to us and very professional in his manner. He also had the best price, by far. We were surprised and pleased at how quickly we received our appraisal once we provided him with the information he needed. We would absolutely recommend Robert Howlett/The Appraisal Station.
