I love this place! Its such a great place to take your children/child. They walked us through everything ,taught us some new things and are so sweet and accommodating. Food is delicious, and pies! Highly recommend family's to go for the day!
Lovely place and nice people. There were even sheeps in this farm that were found of cuddling. We have a break from our road trip here and spent nice time)
Stopped by as a detour since it was raining today. Good place to stop and smell the roses, and stretch your legs. I also drove down to see the California Farm Depot (that was advertised along the road). Both places compliment each other well. I loved the food here (chicken pot pie and the blueberry bbq pork pie) and the other place offers free samples.
A must-stop on your drive in this area! Great food, and even exotic birds. Group tours, and kid-friendly.
Great roadside stop with lots of local foods. They also make delicious Okie pies, we had the blackberry one and it was so good! They also have a little animal farm that you can pay to go into that looked cute, gas right next store so it's the perfect one stop shop.
The shop is free to enter, but to pick up fruits you have to pay $11 a person to enter the farm area where the trees are, you pay what you pick and it is not cheap, and you will face so many restrictions
We have been there several times whenever we are going through Bakersfield and it's always been a treat. They have a wonderful selection of fruits nuts, fruit pies, honey and candied fruit. This time we ate some of their hot food items. We enjoyed the macaroni and cheese, roasted veggies and meat pies. All of these were without a doubt made with excellent care for freshness and taste. I also bought a jar of creamed Cinnamon honey and a carton of appricots. I highly recommend everything they have to offer and look forward to taking the tour next time we are there. And I have to me tion the pure white peacock is breathtaking next to the full colored male peacock. The goats are pretty friendly too.
