Kids Empire Woodland Hills

We had such a great experience at Kids Empire! We came for a birthday party and had an absolutely wonderful time. The facility was clean, fun, and had so much for the kids to do. Everyone had a blast! A special shoutout to Dariana, who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, helpful, and made everything so much easier. Her positive attitude and great customer service really stood out and made the experience even better. We truly appreciate all the effort that went into making the party such a fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend Kids Empire to other families looking for a great place for a kids’ party!

We were in town visiting family and friends and stumbling across this place while driving. It was the perfect energy releaser for my very vibrant 3.5 year old son. Chantel was great and was very kind and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

I’m honestly shocked this place has more than 2 stars. I understand that kids have fun here, but compared to other indoor playgrounds, this place is a joke. First, they don’t allow outside food, which is unusual compared to other indoor playgrounds we’ve been to, including We Rock the Spectrum, Posh & Petite, and Kiddie Kingdom. Some kids have dietary restrictions and need to bring their own food. Second, the registration/waiver process was incredibly long and unnecessarily complicated. I had to fill out pages and pages of questions for three people (two parents and one child), including questions that seemed completely irrelevant. Meanwhile, my child was screaming because he wanted to go play. Other indoor playgrounds we’ve visited allow the child to play while the parent completes the paperwork, which makes so much more sense. Finally, we arrived by electric scooter and simply asked if they could keep it somewhere safe, such as a break room, while we were inside. It was a very small request, but they refused and made absolutely no effort to find a solution. The staff came across as careless and unnecessarily unwilling to accommodate reasonable requests. The kids may have fun, but the overall experience for parents is significantly worse than at other indoor playgrounds in the area. I would choose another spot over this place any day.

This was my first visit with my grandchildren at this location. There was a problem with the summer pass I had purchased at the Northridge location. Somehow the proper email confirming my summer pass never came through. The manager in Woodland Hills couldn’t have been more helpful. She was polite, patient and extremely helpful to finish the process and allow access for the grandchildren to play. They were busy so I very much appreciated how lovely the manager was in helping us! The kids had a blast!

I brought my niece for the first time. It’s a good place to bring your children especially to grain their energy and ready for nap time lol. The staff are friendly, nice and helpful, especially Dariana. She was very helpful and informative I appreciated it.
