I called to find out if they were a store selling a product I have (Zoom H5 + Sennheiser ME66 mic). Was looking for some help on how to set my stuff up correctly (high noise floor) and / or direction on what else I should buy. They aren't the kind of business I'm looking for, never the less the guy I spoke to (Rodney) was very eager to help me. As helpful as he was to me, knowing I wasn't a potential customer, I imagine customers that hire him for events will be very happy.
As the owner and operator of Home Video Studio Visalia, I have recommended Experience AVL to my clients needing these types of services. Many of them have taken the time to call and thank me for recommending them! That alone speaks volumes of the great service that Experience AVL provides! #HighlyRecommended
