Our experience was excellent. From our first contact, through the planning process, regular communication and confirmations, prompt on-time delivery, delicious food and beautiful presentation... Palo Alto Catering Company exceeded our expectations. Will definitely use again!

I had a great experience with Palo Alto Catering. The customer service was excellent. For example, I had to change my wedding plans a couple of times and the email coordinator, Josie, was super polite and patient and promptly adjusted the quotation multiple times. During my wedding, the caterers, including Lucy, Tiffany, and their crew arrived early and they had bright warm smiles. I ordered appetizers, which were great, especially the pulled pork slides, chilli meatballs, and proscutto melon; my guests love them. I am grateful for a smooth wedding event and for the services!

The delivery and set went smoothly and Deedee made sure we were prepared to serve. Guests enjoyed the food. My only complaint was that there was too much food. We could have gotten by with 1/2 the amount.

The people who helped us Kaiya, Elizabeth, Maria, Yesenia and Lara made our wedding shower shine. They were welcoming, friendly and very professional. The food was delicious-and I mean all of the food - the display was appetizing and beautiful. Kaiya and the entire team did a fabulous job.

I had the pleasure of working with Kaiya from Palo Alto Catering Company for my daughter’s party, and she did an absolutely wonderful job. From the very beginning, she took our ideas and vision and brought them to life with such creativity and care. The decorations and floral arrangements were stunning—elegant, thoughtful, and exactly what we had hoped for. Kaiya coordinated every detail beautifully, from staging the event to overseeing the art and flower displays. On the day of the event, she was simply perfect—organized, calm, and completely on top of everything. She executed my plans seamlessly, kept all the vendors in sync, and made sure the entire event ran right on time, which made a huge difference in the overall experience. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm demeanor made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I truly can’t recommend Kaiya enough—she helped make the celebration unforgettable!

I used the drop-off catering service since we had on-site folks to help with the basics, set out plates/napkins, serve coffee, and the like. We had an outdoor "after church" brunch of about 50 and the selections to choose from were excellent. We chose crepes, breakfast burritos, scones, and fresh fruit platter. The food was excellent; burritos were substantial and we cut them in half to serve more and avoid waste. The scones were moist and also substantial, so again we were able to cut them in half and they were still a perfect size. The crepes were melt-in-your-mouth. We asked for the disposable chafing dishes with sterno to keep the burritos warm during the outdoor church service. The gentleman who came to set up and serve was efficient, competent, and courteous. I would definitely hire them again for my catering needs!

Good food and kind staff. They arrived well ahead of time and at least an hour before the food. It was my first time using this company so it was appropriate amount of time to survey place and decide how to do this event. Way too much food. I need to consult with the office better next time. Event went off without a hitch. I will us Palo Alto Catering again.
