I appreciate the review from 3 months ago by Born to Be Retired regarding the smoke. I found it to be true as well, that to enter and exit the concert venue you are routed through a smoke filled casino. It's a bit disheartening at the end, as they could easily open a large section of gating to exit rather than send concert goers through the casino a second time. Parking: I noticed at least 3 distinct places to park. We parked for free and exiting was quite easy. Venue: This was a first time visit and it was lovely. The bars were well placed, including INSIDE the seating area. You don't have to go out to the mezzanine for drinks if you don't want to. Food items were available from the bars outside the seating area. Restrooms appeared to be 2 per level at each end...fantastic! I purposely picked seats with no one in front of us and the view was great (section 404). I have a specialized pair of ear plugs for concerts and I didn't use them. The sound system was just right and not overbearing. Note: the time on your ticket is the showtime rather than the time doors open. The Strawberry Rose French 75 was incredible. I could have EASILY had more of them!
This is a good concert 'venue' for multiple reasons. Parking is free and relatively low hassle compared to Golden1, Toyota Amphitheatre, and anywhere in the bay area. The concessions are not cheap but the food is good and the drinks are priced competitively compared to other places. There aren't really any bad views. Even the nose bleed seats offer a good line of sight. The attendants are polite and professional. They're attentive and don't make you feel like an annoyance. Only drawbacks are that their ticket prices seem a bit high, especially for a casino that filters people through the casino before and after the show, but that may be more a promoter issue. Overall, I go to a lot of concerts and this is one of my favorite.....venues...
Wonderful venue...very organized and done the way the artist requests. Outside was drinks on one side, t shirts and such on the other. Inside was comfortable and you could see everything straight up to the stage.
Great venue for concerts, even if you're in the nosebleed section, the jumbotron screens, 3 of them enable concert goers to see the artists and performers up close. The only caveats to be prepared for if you go, people attending a concert or performance are forced to enter the venue through the casino 🎰. I totally see the ulterior motive, to entice attendees to gamble $$ before or after a show...thanks but no thanks!😂 Also plenty of parking, but....be prepared for delays when you leave. There's only one exit, and CHP traffic officers control cross traffic, pedestrians and traffic leaving the venue. So plan accordingly. Just chill in the parking lot half hour to an hour until the bottlenecks clear. Or maybe gamble in the 🎰?😂 I've seen 2 concerts here so far and I look forward to seeing more!
I always love seeing the Jonas Brothers perform! Balcony seats. Stage is cool. Great staff, very nice and made it very easy to find seats.
Best place in the valley to see a concert! Comfortable seats with leg room. No bad seats! Excellent sound! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Food and drinks are fairly priced. In and out priviledges. Security is professional and they do a fantastic job!! Do yourself a favor, see a show here!!
Although finding parking at a casino on a Saturday night while thee Dwight Yoakam was playing was a challenge, it was soooo worth it! Our seats were phenomenal! We couldn't believe it when we got passed from usher to usher, each one taking us closer to the stage. When we finally got to our seats, we were 3rd row, right on front of the guitar player. He was just a few feet to the left of Dwight who was so close I could see the seems in his jeans. Meow!
