Mark

In as much as probably few people if any want to do an MRI, this place made it as good an experience as it possibly could be. I was seen immediately. The nurse that took me back to where I got changed and then took me into the room was extremely polite and caring. The gentleman who was in there was equally as nice. I had to have an IV with contrast so he explained the process very well. I was given ear plugs plus what are supposed to be noise canceling headphones which helped with the obnoxious sound of the machine which still seems to be the same after so many years. It was done in 20 minutes as they said it would be. Everything is clean and spotless. The building validates for parking so it could not have been easier. If I have to have this done again, I’m going to try and come back here.

I had a couple ultrasounds done at RadNet, and it was a great experience. The front desk staff was welcoming, friendly, and efficient. The ultrasound technicians were amazing, kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Everything was on time, and the process was smooth from start to finish. I truly appreciated the excellent care and customer service. Thank you!

Scheduling an appointment online was smooth and uncomplicated. I had many option for a same day X-ray. Parking was a breeze downstairs and they validated at check in. I was brought into a room within five minutes. The technician was kind thoughtful.

I was feeling very anxious and stressed, as soon as I got to the office it felt very welcoming. And I forgot the young lady’s that did my ultrasound she was exceptional. I was there on today at 5 pm, She was calm, and warm her demeanor put me at ease talking to me step by step brought my anxiety level down. Thank you & The team at front!

Very professional business From the exterior of the building to the entire staff. Even the bathroom was amazing from the marble floors to the gold toilet handles. Quite an experience. I needed 4 MRIs yet I was in & out rather quickly. I highly recommend.

Very elegant office, but in a nice way. Not super-crowded as some medical offices are. Nice young lady at the desk. There was an online check-in service which I had already used at home so there was no dreary paperwork to do. My wait-time was short and the young man administering the procedure was very kind and pleasant. The entire procedure can’t have taken any more than 25 or 30 minutes and I was as free to go. All in all, a very good experience.

Her friendly attitude and professionalism made my visit a very positive experience. Thank you, Soraya, and the entire Beverly Tower Wilshire team, for providing such outstanding care.

I received a text message with a link that sent me to some forms that they needed me to essentially fill out before my appointment. These are the same forms that you would fill out once walking into the office, but I took the time to do that beforehand which streamlined the entire experience. I walked in at 3:50 PM walked out at 4:20. The staff was Unbelievably friendly, location was very clean, and I would highly recommend this location for any imaging needs you have.!

The wait wasnt too long, and all the staff we encountered were super awesome. They were so gentle with my 2 month old and tried to be as quick as possible to limit how long she was uncomfortable. 10 out of 10 would Definitely recommend and would visit again. Praying her spine ultrasound comes back clear!

My visit on March 13, 2026 was a walk-in For multiple x-rays. Truly wish I could’ve made an appointment just because my injuries made it difficult to sit that long to wait. With that being said, the staff was very friendly and helpful at the front counter. They did very well with keeping things moving as quickly as they could. The x-ray tech that helped me was very nice, understanding, and helpful. She was also very compassionate and patient with getting me into the right positions to get the types of x-rays. I need it done. She answered every question I had promptly in accurately. The facility was very clean and inviting. I did notice while I was there that the front end staff had a hard time reading the names on the sign in sheet due to poor handwriting from patients. You might want to consider putting in a keyboard for patients to type their names in. I think this would help out your front staff a lot and make it easier for them to help the patients. Overall, besides the way due to it having to be a walk-in. Which I expected. It was an overall good experience.

What a refreshing wonderful experience. The main reception area/Desk was a bit hectic. But the Doctor and assistant that gave the Hip injection were amazing. both have professional people skills explaining in detail the procedures and making me feel very comfortable. literally the hip injection was pain-free. I was given post injection instructions, they addressed and answered all of my questions. my daughter was allowed to company me and stay with me through the whole process which made me feel a lot more comfortable. just kudos to everyone involved I really feel that the service was over.

Front desk office was really nice. One lady in particular made the whole process go smoothly even when there was an office full of people. Even with waiting for a CD of my exam I was in and out in under an hr.

It was a nice quick visit for me however while I was in the waiting area I over heard staff working with patients and they all where very polite and helpful. Service was quick. MRI was loud, however, ear plugs were provided. I kept falling asleep. Kept my eyes closed and relaxed. This was the first time for a MRI. It was cold! I asked for a blanket and it was heated. Very comfortable. Thank you to the personnel who assisted!

I was very happy with how patient they are. I am hard to get a working IV on, she got me on the first try! Everyone was friendly and things were very clean. That was one of the easiest MRI’s I have ever had done. I will definitely come here again if I need anything.

The MRI Machine was old and had scuffed marks all over (first impressions). The tech had poor bedside manner. She did not update me on the progress. I have MRI’s at other sites and the equipment and communication was much better. People up front were great.

The only thing that made this 5 stars is the Ultrasound Tech who is named Samantha – she was personable, courteous, patient and kind. Samantha was happy to answer my questions and involve me throughout the procedure with helpful explanations and insights. She deserves recognition. The front desk clerk was nice, but not above and beyond – BUT scheduling is a NIGHTMARE and I will try to avoid Sierra from now on for that very reason.

I had my MRI done on my left leg and left foot today. Elizabeth was my radiologist technician. She was extremely friendly and enjoyable to talk to. Currently, I fractured left foot; and she was patient with me. She has helped me put in my earplugs because I have weak fingers due to my Polyneuropathy. She also gave me a blanket. Overall, my experience was very pleasant and the place was very cooling in this 105 degree weather. I was so comfortable, I nearly fell asleep in the MRI machine! I recommend getting MRI done here, esp with Elizabeth. She’s the sweetest 🥰

I was checked in quickly, short wait in the dressing room. The tech was very reassuring and efficient. My only criticism compared to other MRI’s I have had was lack of communication during the procedure ie: that was 3 minutes, the next will be 4:00 minutes etc. I also did not get offered a pillow under my knees to take the strain off my back for the 30 minutes i was «in the tube» on my back. But then, I am 82 and everything hurts!

First time here was today for a PET scan. Front desk was welcoming and pleasant. In the back, the technician was great..no issues finding a vein (usually takes 3-4 tries), settled me with a warm blanket and during the process made sure I was comfortable. The only part that needs fixing is their phone setup which honestly sucks. Every extension I used would ring 5 or 6x then disconnect. Very frustrating but overall I would recommend this place because the staff is terrific.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I received during my visit. The front desk representative was spectacular—very welcoming, friendly, and attentive. She took the time to explain everything in detail and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Honestly, I struggled when I first got there. The line was very long and I was told it was going to be a 2 hour wait or I could reschedule. The woman at the front said Mondays are always like this and they are short staffed. If that’s the case, the office manager should schedule more people or change the patient scheduling. There were so many frustrated people in the clinic today! I live far away and I had to get a sitter for my kids so I decided to stick it out. In the end, I only waited an hour to be seen. The staff was also super kind and helpful! I left having had a positive experience! But something should be done about the scheduling. That’s not fair to anyone 😬

Reg Woolston

What is it with the really long wait times? I understand that no business wants to waste money on the front office. After all, they’re only the first interface your customers encounter when arriving for expensive medical procedures. Hardly important. Of the three front-office printers, it was unclear which, if any, were actually working. And since «the system» was down — I’m assuming that meant the patient intake and scheduling software — patients’ IDs and health cards were being lined up across the desk with Post-it notes attached so the staff could keep the whole operation moving manually. Apparently, we have successfully reinvented the filing system. Five stars to the two ladies at the front desk who somehow managed this chaos with remarkable patience and professionalism. Still, after more than an hour, I was finally escorted back to the machine that goes ping. From there, the contrast was striking. After a brief interaction with the very capable radiography staff, I was on the machine and ready for the ride with no fuss whatsoever. So, five stars to the personnel who are clearly keeping this leaky ship afloat through competence, patience, Post-it notes, and sheer force of will — despite what appears to be a budget crisis, a management crisis, or perhaps the increasingly popular combination of both.

Reg Woolston ☆ 3/5

Overall pretty good experience. Nice facility. Nice employees. The MRI size was much more comfortable than others I have been in with an open back so you don’t feel as claustrophobic. I was mainly just really hot. I’m not sure if there was a problem or that’s how it normally is but it made it a little distracting for me not to move when I had sweat dripping down my face and I was sticking to the matt.

When u call to make an appt, it takes at least 20 minutes they ask everything except if u have a cat or dog. In that conversation they take all information needed for the visit, inclusive of insurance. They even check ur insurance to make sure u know what the cost is! My appt today was at 2:40, I arrived at 2:20. Stood in line at the front for 20 minutes. With no acknowledgement! At 2:47 I was helped by one of the front people that obviously hates her job! She proceeded to re-invent the same questions I was asked on the phone call! Got through that! Went tot back dressed as I was told and sat, with many other women who had waited longer than I. I finally finished and got out at 4:20! 2 hours for a mammogram, that takes maybe 10 minutes to perform! The front people HATE their job! Maybe that could change! Was the worse experience ever! Then while sitting in the back with many other women waiting to be seen. They brought a man back there! Seriously!! Unprofessional all the way around! I am talking to my ob telling he needs to find somewhere else !

It’s a nice and clean place for your tests, but the wait time is long even after your appointment. Also, they didn’t provide pictures for my third trimester ultrasound because they ran out of printer refills. Strange, but true! Otherwise, the staff was great.

I am so glad they now have longer cover ups. They are all very nice and patient there. After receiving the metal marker implants, the staff had a letter waiting for me as I left. I go through a very sensitive metal detector twice a month, and I need a reason why I am setting it off. Thank you so much for that.

Beautiful Facility. I walked in and found the surroundings pleasant and fashionable and clean. I was assisted immediately with my appointment. The wait was 10 minutes then I was escorted to a very comfortable private changing room with pretty robes and comfortable chairs and no waiting period. It was easy and dignified. I had Genetic testing done as well. The employees are sweet and charming and available for questions. Very nice place. The location was easy to find. Pick up and Drop off for Uber was quite simple. The location is a nice part of Town.

I was referred here for my first screening mammogram once I turned 40. No complaints! The office was easy to find with signage beginning in the parking garage. The front desk staff was courteous, and my wait time was very minimal. The technician was patient and gentle and walked me through the whole thing. I had a 7:45 a.m. appointment and was back in my car on my way to work by 8:30. Free parking with validation. My primary care doctor contacted me with my results the very same day. I don’t think anyone wants to get a mammogram, but Breastlink made it as close to pleasant as I think it can get.

This is my fourth time here. The first two times were disastrous as I had to wait an hour and a half. It was a brand new beautiful big office , fairly full and only one radiologist . However my experience this time was great as there is virtually no wait. Maybe it was because I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment. Some of the people who work at the front desk are very helpful and nice like jacoba, Francine and another woman whose name I cannot remember. However a couple of the technicians / nurses in the back could use a few more smiles. Also it’s freezing in the back where the machines are. I understand it has to be that way for the machines and it’s probably like that everywhere. So all in all i would definitely recommend certainly an 8:00 a.m. appointment.

Went here for my first mammogram. Process was great. Facilities were clean, comfortable, and efficient. Rayneisha, the tech who did my mammogram was awesome. She not only made me feel comfortable, but she explained exactly where and how to stand for the best scan. She even caught it when the edge of my fingernail appeared in the Pic and was able to quickly rescan it. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars was because the entrance to the building was difficult to find from the street. Just as I was about to call to ask where entrance was another woman that I was wandering around, she too had had trouble finding the entrance, realized what I was doing and walked me directly to the instance the building. I don’t think I would have found it otherwise. There really should be a sign post outside on the side walk to indicate the entrance to the building. But once I was inside my experience was late and really really fast and easy. Be sure to register online ahead of time. That really expedited the paperwork process.

LaTijera moody was very well trained in assisting my handicapped needs. LaTijera and the lady with really long hair made me feel unafraid and comfortable during my procedure. The greeters were excellent and the tall blonde lady who took me to the back is pleasant and a great listener while preparing for my biopsy. The ten minute procedure made me feel like I was a paper in a typewriter. The new technology and the great doctor blew my mind.

Everyone there was nice and helpful, but my appointment was at 9:20 and I didnt get seen until almost 11:00, with no explanation and no apology, which leads me to believe that this is normal practice for this facility. What was supposed to a 20 minute appointment turned into a 3 hour wait, which is very excessive. Make sure to clear your schedule for the day and plan for a long wait when visiting here.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They made the experience as comfortable as could be and they answered all my questions and concerns throughly. I got there super early, which made my wait seem longer then it probably was, but they ask you to come 30 minutes early. If you pre filled out the paperwork online 10mins is more then enough time to re sign and date a few papers in my opinion. They really should move the sign on the building over the doors they want you to enter through too.

The whole process was quick and smooth, and they got me in and out faster than expected. They explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Definitely recommend them if you need imaging services — fast and friendly service all around.

Only wanted to schedule appointment. Wasting my time to show up, schedule, and leave. They are slow to keep customers in turn order. Waited in line. 3rd lady asked if i need help. I said i just needed to schedule appointment 🙂 and given her insurance and ID. 4 or so people came in with appointments. All i needed to do was schedule appointment. The imaging workers though, are great, friendly, and communicative on explaining their process and letting me know what to do 🙂 front desk ladies need better management training

Both of the gals in the office were so kind. I, foolishly, didn’t have my ID on me, but they were able to accommodate me and texted me a link to upload a picture of it to their portal. Then, when taken back for my scan, for my comfort, she didn’t even make me wear a gown – just checked that what I had on had no metal. All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Front desk/ reception was very efficient but need to be pleasant. We are all going through something as patients and they need to be more considerate of us. Use a fake pleasant voice and a smile. CTA female technician was absolutely amazing She was pleasant and helpful. Answered all my questions and doubts.

The waiting room was very clean. The service was very prompt. Lisa was very helpful. The woman that administrated the MRI she was very easy to work with and communicated everything she was doing. She also thought out the box to make sure that my foot was comfortable and I was able to get my MRI done, because with my splint my foot didn’t fit. She went above and beyond to get the job done.

This place was the best. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. They were patient and understanding. They all made me feel welcomed and comfortable. My biggest shout out is to Jennifer and Roxanna, they were the most supporting and welcoming. My next shout outs are to the three receptionists. The young man and lady with the braids in the front and the one on the left side with the platinum hair. They were so wonderful especially the two in the front they were extremely kind and helpful when it came to my needs at the center. It was nice to see a young gentleman at the receptionist desk for that career choice. I applaude 👏🏾 him for that. To whomever reads this if you are in charge please give them people I mentioned a raise because they deserve it. Lastly, I just wanted to give my absolute thanks to everyone in there that chose that job as a profession, you have my complete respect, admiration and appreciation. Inglewood Advance Imaging Center please keep up the good work in your staff and customer service.

Last week I had a mri done at the Inglewood Advance Imaging Center I was helped by daveily (sp?) who was very helpful and informative the techs were Jordan and Deuntae both very nice they made a stressful situation a very calming one. I appreciate their helpful and very kind demeanor. This week I had a mammogram done the front desk staff was Tanji who was super kind as Daveily. Tanji was thoughtful and considerate oh and very helpful. The technician was Josie who was kind and considerate to my nervousness. She answered all my questions i appreciate her help greatly. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. Thank you and I thank them greatly.

Great experience, from start to finish. I was promptly greeted by front desk staff, who asked if I had filled out a form beforehand. I responded that I hadn’t, since I didn’t receive a text with such prompt. Instead of becoming frustrated, they provided me with the link and streamlined the process. The mammogram technician was both effective and extremely gentle and went over the whole procedure throughout each step. Back at the front desk, I spoke with another ultra nice lady who, upon me asking questions about another exam I will be doing at their clinic (brain MRI), asked if I would like to visit the MRI room and be debriefed on the process, in an attempt to lower my potential anxiety on a first time doing such a exam. Such incredible service. Thank you staff for your respectful, caring service.

The xray itself was quick took 1 minute. Facility clean and calm. I’m a patient person but dang. Yesterday, I tried to make an online appt but the website kept erroring and there was a walk in welcomes advisement on the website so I came in only to see a no walk in sign on the door I was bother but I just went inside and made an appointment for the following day. So now today comes, I did early check in, 20 minutes before my 1145 scheduled time and waited til 12:55 to be seen. They need to reorganize and find a better solution

This place was pretty crowded and there weren’t enough chairs for people. It would be good to invest in the waiting area to make it more comfortable and professional. Despite the aesthetic, the people were helpful and professional. My MRI tech, Charles, was so kind and he treated each patient with care and took time to explain what was going to happen and how long it would take. While I had an excellent experience while getting my MRI, I have to edit this review because it has been 9 business days and I have yet to receive results. I called and they said it should be available tomorrow. I have gotten imaging done many times in my life and I usually get results back within 48 hours. Having to wait 10 business days while in pain is unacceptable. I love that the center is in the community, but do BETTER.

I was met with total professionalism and attentiveness. They went above and beyond . Frequently asked questions about imaging centers in California

What types of imaging services do California imaging centers typically offer?

California imaging centers provide a comprehensive range of diagnostic imaging services. These commonly include X-ray, Computed Tomography (CT) scans, Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine scans. The specific services offered can vary depending on the size and specialization of the center, but most centers offer a combination of these core technologies to meet diverse patient needs. Many centers also provide fluoroscopy and digital radiography for enhanced visualization.

How do I choose the right imaging center in California?

Selecting the appropriate imaging center requires careful consideration. Start by identifying the specific imaging modality you require. Research centers that specialize in that technology. Evaluate their technologist qualifications and equipment accreditation. Check for certifications like accreditation from the Joint Commission or NAB (North American Blue Book). Also, consider factors such as location, appointment availability, and patient reviews to ensure a positive experience.

What is the difference between X-ray and CT scans?

X-rays are a basic imaging technique that uses electromagnetic radiation to create images of bones and dense tissues. They are often used for quick assessments of fractures or foreign objects. CT scans, on the other hand, use X-rays to take multiple cross-sectional images of the body, providing much more detailed 3D images. CT scans are particularly useful for detecting tumors, internal bleeding, and complex anatomical structures. The choice between the two depends on the clinical question being asked.

What is an MRI scan and why is it different from a CT scan?

MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) utilizes a strong magnetic field and radio waves to generate images of organs and tissues. Unlike CT scans that use X-rays, MRI does not involve ionizing radiation, making it generally considered safer for repeated scans. MRI excels at visualizing soft tissues such as the brain, spinal cord, and muscles, offering superior contrast compared to CT scans for these areas. It's frequently used for diagnosing neurological disorders and musculoskeletal issues.

How do I prepare for an ultrasound exam?

Preparation for an ultrasound exam is typically minimal. Depending on the area being examined, you may be asked to drink a large amount of water to help distend the bladder or abdomen. You’ll usually be asked to change into a gown and lie down on a table. Avoid eating or drinking for a few hours before the exam. Compression of the abdomen may be required for optimal image quality. Always inform the technologist about any metal implants or medical devices you have.

What is nuclear medicine imaging and what does it involve?

Nuclear medicine imaging utilizes radioactive tracers injected into the patient to assess the function of organs and tissues. These tracers emit gamma rays that are detected by a specialized camera, creating images that show metabolic activity. Common nuclear medicine scans include bone scans, thyroid scans, and heart perfusion scans. It’s frequently used to detect tumors, assess organ function, and diagnose various diseases.

What safety precautions do imaging centers take?

Safety is paramount in all California imaging centers. They adhere to strict radiation safety regulations set by the FDA and state health departments. Technologists are trained in radiation protection and use shielding and dose optimization techniques to minimize patient exposure. Regular equipment maintenance and quality control measures are also implemented to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures. Most centers now utilize digital radiography, further reducing radiation exposure.

What is digital radiography and how does it compare to traditional film?

Digital radiography replaces traditional film with digital sensors that directly capture images. This eliminates the need for chemical processing, resulting in faster image availability, reduced environmental impact, and improved image quality. Digital images can be easily manipulated and stored electronically, facilitating communication with other healthcare providers. It’s becoming the standard for most imaging procedures.

How do I understand my imaging report?

An imaging report typically includes a radiologist’s interpretation of the images, along with measurements and descriptions of any abnormalities. The report will often include a differential diagnosis, which lists possible causes of the findings. It's crucial to discuss the report with your physician, who can provide context and explain the implications for your health. Don't hesitate to ask for clarification if anything is unclear.

What is the role of a radiologist in imaging center services?

A radiologist is a physician who specializes in interpreting medical images. They are responsible for reviewing the images obtained from various imaging modalities, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to diagnose diseases and conditions. Radiologists use their medical knowledge and imaging expertise to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment recommendations. They play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of imaging services.
