We had a great time in the Skull Witch escape room. The puzzles were challenging and the hints kept us going. The room was spooky! Colleen was our game master/host. She was friendly, gave us good advice, and very gracious. She made sure we had a good time. We will be back to do more rooms!

Just went to a chambered for the first time and we had a blast! Really loved that they are doing private rooms with a minimum of only like three people for most of their rooms. That way our private party got to enjoy the experience together. We found the room to be just the right level of challenging. Managed to finish with only four minutes left. The puzzles were difficult but rewarding. Would definitely recommend this to others and we look forward to returning.

First time taking part in an escape room experience and OMG, THAT WAS SO COOL! Experience was for 4 to 10 players (suggested for optimal experience 5 to 8 players (we had 5). Coleen (Host) was amazing with prepping us and debriefing afterwards. The one we participated in had 4 rooms (started out with one) and built on each other. I will DEFINITELY be back!!!

This might be the best escape room we have experienced and we have done quite a few. We came with another family and everyone had something to contribute. I felt like we were in our own goonies adventure so so many intricate and moving parts. We will be talking about this one for a long time. Well done and highly recommend! We will definitely come back for another room.

We brought our daughter and several of her friends here to celebrate her 15th birthday, and they had an absolute blast! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. The room they chose was challenging, engaging, and so much fun—they couldn’t stop talking about it afterward. The entire experience was well organized, and the team made sure everything ran smoothly. It was a perfect birthday activity, and we’ll definitely be back to try the other escape rooms. Highly recommend Enchambered for families, friends, or anyone looking for a fun and memorable experience!

Even after arriving 5 minutes late, they were very nice and accommodating! We did the Trouble in the Toyshop room, and it was challenging, but also offered unlimited hints if you wished to use them. Even had cute talking animatronics! The person I went with did not think they were a fan of escape rooms after a previous experience at a different company’s rooms, but enjoyed this one a lot and wants to do more. Overall a great experience!

We did containment breach room. Great lovely! Shoutout to Cody our game master for having so much patience. Bro was very kind and helpful. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed 🤓. Loved the time here. Great props! Definitely recommend with friends. With close friends you become even closer ❤️

Sophia was awesome!! She was kind and gentle and very encouraging. She made the experience fantastic!! The Special Ops game itself was challenging and fun. Lots of great puzzles. It was very immersive. 10/10 would highly recommend!

It was a really fun escape room experience! My friends and I did the Playground room with another small group, and despite someone already doing the room before we were still able to have fun solving the puzzles together. Our room master, Matt, was very considerate at the end when we escaped the room and checked with us how our experience was. It was truly a great time and would highly recommend, as well as hope to do again in the future!

Ceasar was wonderful over the phone and helped me book the perfect room for my group. Our experience was smooth. The puzzles were challenging and intuitive. The room is immersive and has high value. Its definitely worth the time and money .

This was the best escape room we have been to! It was truly immersive. We did legend of the yeti and enjoyed it. Jameel was our game master and he was so kind and even drew a picture of us. He made our experience awesome. Definitely coming back!

OMG 20/20!!!!! These guys were the absolute best! I came on my birthday and they showed so much love and compassion. Star employees, 20/10 customer service This was the funniest experience I had Awesome team, shout out to the game guide Benjy! Awesome clues and really help us solve prison break Syran, Dan, Daniel, Priscilla were amazing! There were so kind, nice, sweet and an example of hospitality. Exceptional customer service They even went the extra mile and put some happy birthday decorations on the last room! If you have a birthday you must come here!

These were the nicest staff members best escape room that I’ve been to my boys had a fantastic time that staff was really great. They kept providing timely clues We’ve gone to some other escape rooms, but this is the best Buy. highly recommend. Yes it is a very expensive when you think about it, but the experience was super fun and very creative. They split us up into two groups and then we had to meet we had to work together. It was really just hands-down. Great only knock is it’s so expensive for just an hour

My family and I did the Playground Escape Room! My younger siblings and I along with our parents were able to solve each of the puzzles with mild difficulty, but the clues were also super helpful without straight up telling us the answers. The staff were incredibly nice and energetic, which elevated our experience, as well. The room was fun, colorful, and everyone was competitive to solve the problems. 10/10 experience!

This was such a fun escape room. We did the gold rush type room. It was very fun. Rowan at the front was so helpful and even helped us find a trinket so we could get into a speakeasy down the road. Such great service and the room was set up awesomely.

This was the most fun ever!! Our host was really helpful and kind. We did the playground and it’s rated 6/10, but with only 5 of us in there it was hard! It would be more efficient with a big group. That said, there were so many silly, fun surprises. You will leave with a big smile!

Came for my cousin's bachelor party, his sister surprised him with a game and we ended up doing the special ops one. The game master was very helpful with explaining everything and giving hints when needed. The room itself was a lot of fun though the second part of the room was more critical thinking than I could do under pressure, i'm more of a hands-on interactive person. They drew my cousin and his fiance a congratulations card and gave it to them upon our exit and even helped take our photos. I ended up buying an email pin before leaving. They had enamel pins and pin packs for each themed room which I found very cool. I chose the one for the room we were in. Would love to do this again and try out the other themes.

We loved our time at The Escape Game here in Valley Fair! We came with a decent sized party on New Years Eve and had a great time with a seamless setup. Duke was our guide/host and he was very friendly and helpful throughout. We did the Gold Rush room and as escape rooms go it was pretty easy. At this point we’ve done probably a dozen or so of them and this may have been the easiest (we finished with 23:45 remaining, a record for the year). The room itself was pretty immersive and the process is fun, but just the right bit of challenging. It felt short, but that might’ve been because we got in a good groove and moved fast. Honestly, this was a really fun place that had an immersive room but we wish it had just been a bit more challenging. We’ll definitely come back another time to try out other rooms though so we’ll keep this in mind for next time!

I visited The Escape Game San Jose and honestly, these were the best escape room experiences I’ve ever had. I managed to play all of their rooms in a single day, and not one of them felt weak or boring. Every game flowed incredibly well, was thoughtfully designed, and clearly very well tested. You can tell there’s a huge amount of experience behind their design – they know exactly how to build great games. What really stood out was the game mastering. The hints were delivered at exactly the right moments and in the right way – just enough to move us forward without ruining the experience. Thanks to that, we were able to complete all the games in one day. I played both with friends and with complete strangers, and in both cases the experience worked perfectly. The games naturally encourage teamwork and communication. I also want to give a special thanks to the entire team. Everyone I met was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about the experience. It didn’t feel like a routine operation – they made it feel personal and memorable from start to finish. The whole experience was finished off in a really nice way – I received a framed souvenir from the games, took photos together, and had a chance to chat with the team. This is a benchmark for what a top-tier escape room should look like. Highly recommended.

We escaped the timeliner with two minutes to spare. We were a group of 3 accompanied by a group of 4. Although it was our first time meeting it worked out well having multiple hands on deck. Everybody had a fun time. Our group ranged in age from 10-40+ and everyone contributed. Marce was our guide and she was very friendly and welcoming. The manger was great as well and helped to give encouragement to calm our nerves. 10/10 would recommend this room and will be back to escape from another room soon!

We loved it. Came here as a family for my daughter’s birthday and we had a great experience. Erik went above and beyond, decorating the final room with a happy birthday banner and hats, and getting the staff to sign a happy birthday card. We did Gold Rush and finished it with time to spare, though we used a few hints when stuck. Overall I would highly recommend it.

This was awesome!! We definitely struggled but the hints helped without giving away the answer. The whole process is so intricate and so detailed. Shara was the sweetest host and made you excited to get in the game, and Owen gave the best hints and supported us when he could tell we needed it.

Loved our experience at Escapology! Great theming! Great puzzles! We did the Mona Lisa room and had a blast. The staff was great! We had Owen and Dane and they really made the experience one of the best of our recent escape rooms. They also have a kids mode so we can't wait to bring our kids back for a try!

We did the Scooby Doo Escapology room and it was so fun! Our game host Vichelle and game master Kevin were awesome. Shout out to Kevin for being the real MVP. Definitely going back to try another room.

From the moment my friends Max, Sergio, Asher, and I arrived, she greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm, making sure we felt comfortable and excited. Throughout the game, she struck the perfect balance between giving helpful hints and letting us enjoy the challenge, always paying close attention to how we were doing. Her energy, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making our experience fun and memorable. Thanks to Julie, our group left not only proud of solving the room, but also impressed by the level of care and service she provided. I’d definitely give this place a 12/5 if I could

We had a fantastic experience at the Borderlands themed escape room! Julian introduced the room to my group of 4 and did a great job of setting the stage. The room was AMAZING if you are a fan of Borderlands, but still really fun as a regular escape room if you aren't (2 people in our group didn't really play Borderlands, but still had a wonderful time!). NO SPOILERS, don't worry! The puzzle was considered a 6/10 on the difficulty scale, but we just wanted to have a good time with friends, so that was perfect! We had 4 adults, but I think kids would really like this room too! It starts out a little dark, so using your phone flashlight is DEFINITELY allowed, but the puzzles were so fun, and there were hints everywhere to find, exactly like an escape room should be! Thanks for the fun birthday experience, Julian and Red Door!

Julian was our game master and they were really good. Some things to keep in mind: – the rules or guidelines should be spoken at a speed that everyone can comprehend. First timers or anyone who may not have English be their first language may have difficulty following. – Asking us afterwards repeatedly if we had any questions was a bit much. It’s a closed-ended question. Instead maybe ask an open-ended like what we enjoyed or found difficult? – The Fair Game room was fun but the opening video doesn’t provide a story and give us a motive to get out before the time reaches zero. Thank you!

Kristi was amazing! She made doing "once upon a time" with 3 kids ages 9,8,5 so fun and easy…not too easy. They all had a blast and 10/10 would recommend it to another family and will be going back for another room!

This was my first time doing an escape room with my husband. It was a lot more fun than I expected it to be! We did fair game, that’s what we selected. We did not select our own theme, we just simply went in with the room we got and we started playing. The first room was circus themed, which was fine with us, it had circus music playing which made it more of a mystery vibe which I liked a lot. The second room was silent and very dark, the theme was a lot more creepy, it had a wall pinned with stuffed animals, a broken down popcorn machine, and a broken down soda machine. This is when I started getting a feeling. The third room I did not like because it had a warlock/magician looking guy on the wall, and to escape that room we had to use "tarot cards" blocks and line them up in the correct order for our door to open. We are Christian and we did not appreciate that. That alone ruined my experience. To make escape room fun and appropriate for everyone there needs to be some sort of caution for the themes. For us and our beliefs, tarot and magic is not of God and I’m sure it’s something that could ruin the whole experience for other people as well. It’s offensive to our beliefs. Me and my husband enjoyed the challenge, it was fun trying to escape together. But it just offended us how they don’t give a warning about what could be in the themes. The employee that helped us the whole time was great, she was nice and even gave us extra time.

We came as a team event from work, and it was such a fun way to spend time together. As someone who’d never done an escape room before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but The Escape Game completely blew me away. The room (The Depths) itself was high quality, immersive, and thoughtfully designed. Everything felt polished and professional, which made the whole experience even better. We had an absolute blast solving the puzzles and working together as a team. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying different rooms next time. Highly recommended for groups, work events, or just a great night out!

We had an amazing experience at The Escape Game LA! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional, but I have to give a special shoutout to Kallen — he was absolutely outstanding. Kallen went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything, guided us perfectly without giving too much away, and kept the energy fun and engaging the whole time. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. Most importantly, my daughter Amelia had an incredible time — she was excited, challenged, and smiling the entire visit. That alone made it worth it. If you’re thinking about doing an escape room in LA, this is the place. Great staff, great atmosphere, and unforgettable memories. Highly recommend!

This is the best escape room experience I’ve ever had. We came here to celebrate my birthday. The puzzles are more intricate than I expected, and we had so much fun figuring out the clues. They even made an extra puzzle for me because it was my birthday. The team gifted me an awesome board game after knowing that I’m a true crime/detective fan. I will definitely come back. 🙌🏻

We had a great time playing The Fair Game! The puzzles were fun, the theming was great, and our GM, Olga, was super enthusiastic and friendly. She gave us hints when we asked and let us puzzle things out on our own when we didn't want help. A wonderful experience!

This was so fun!! We did The Gift and Daniel with the hotdog costume was an amazing host! We escaped with only a minute to spare, but I’d definitely book again!

Thanks to Gabriel for hosting our first time at Red Door! 😊 The "Once Upon A Time" room had so many intricate and creative puzzles, and was a solid mix of challenging and confidence-boosting elements. David the owner is super accommodating, and was able to fit our large group of 14 into the story. Our party signed up for the Ghost hunters storyline. The actors are professional and the pacing was on point. The immersion was rivaled only by the facility. Lots of intense action that doesn't compromise on safety. Thank you Escape Room Era, for the super memorable experience.

We had such a great time at Psycho Escape Room! The room was fun, challenging, and kept us on our toes the whole time. Logan was awesome and did a great job making the experience even better. He was super friendly, helpful, and made sure we had a blast from start to finish. Definitely recommend, and we’ll be back to try another room!

It was our first time doing a horror escape room. We ended up doing the hide. It was really fun as a first time experience. It was definitely more immersive than most I've tried. Jacob and Tiffany were great and our overall experience was amazing. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in town.

Kes was so fun! She made our experience with The Principal so much more memorable. Lots of laughs. This was a date night adventure with my bf and intro to more escape room dates. Thanks, Kes! I’m going to convince him to do the horror ones with me soon enough.

We had such an amazing time doing Principal’s Office! 👽🛸 The alien-interaction storyline was incredibly fun and immersive, and the puzzles kept us entertained the entire way through. There were some really creative surprises that made the experience feel unique, and we had an absolute blast working our way through the room! A huge shoutout to our game host, Logan, who was fantastic! He was friendly, enthusiastic, and really added to the overall experience. He gave us just the right amount of help when we needed it without taking away from the challenge. Such a fun experience from beginning to end — we left talking about it afterward and would absolutely come back to try another room. Highly recommend Principal’s Office, especially if you love aliens, mysteries, and a good challenge! 👽🔐✨

WE ESCAPED! One hour to escape from school? Not as easy as you would think! ‘The Playground’ was lots of fun for my family and our kiddos. The puzzles were challenging, but not difficult. Absolutely love the multi-room design and the effects! Huge thanks to Lizzie for giving us hints where needed (we needed quite a few). The Escape Game, ROCKS!

We really enjoyed this escape room. We have done several different rooms, and this one was challenging and so much fun. We had to all work together to find the clues and figure them out to find the artwork and escape, which we did just in time. And then I was surprised with a hand made birthday card from the cast members, what a special birthday.

This place escape room is so immersive. We tried the Heist and we tried Cosmic Crisis. Cosmic crisis was my favorite so far as you really need to have team work to get out! Really recommend it. I can’t wait to try some other ones! Be back very soon!
