We had such a wonderful experience at Kids Empire! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here, and she had an amazing time. There were so many fun activities, and one of the best parts was that we were able to join in and play with her, which made the day even more special. The customer service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. They made us feel comfortable and were always happy to help. We truly appreciated their kindness and excellent service. If you’re looking for a fun place for kids to play and celebrate a special occasion, I highly recommend Kids Empire. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be back!

We love coming during the weekday it is fun for kids to run through the energy they have after school. If you come on a Saturday expect it to be busy but the team member are very helpful. FYI you do have to complete a consent form for adult and kids for the safety of everyone in your party!!! Love it! I definitely recommend it.

Place is clean and the staff is attentive. Kids always have fun here. There is a small play area for infants and toddlers, which includes slides and a small ball pit, it is fenced off.

We just moved down from the Bay Area where there are very few activities for kids to do. We really like that Kid’s Empire encourages physical play and is not just a video arcade that incentivizes kids to grind for prizes. The play area is very large and has enough to do that even our 10 year old is occupied for a few hours. Clean bathrooms, plenty of tables for parents, and they have drinks and snacks available at reasonable prices. The $60 pass for unlimited play for 30 days is a very good deal, especially next to the prices we were paying for chain arcades in the Bay. The claw machines give multiple tries and my kid always leaves with several plush toys.

Friendly staff and great deal! You pay once and can come in and out all day! Great if you come in the AM, take your kiddo home for a nap/ lunch then come back for evening play. They have claw games, motorcycles to ride, air hockey, Photo Booth and wackamole ( must have a paid game card). Games are fair as there is a winner every time on the claw games. They have snacks, drinks and candy available for purchase also. Their toddler area, big kid jungle gym and music room are included with purchase. 2 adults get in free with purchase and they have WiFi! It’s also a small environment to keep an eye on your kiddo. Great location too, lots of places to eat nearby! I think it’s a great deal if you need a place for you kiddo to play while you work on your computer.

First I called in to make sure I had everything in order before arriving. Briana was very patient and answered every question I had… When I arrived… The cashier, Jubilee was efficient and helpful in making sure all kids and adults had socks on and waivers signed before entering the play area.. the restroom was clean, but the kids sink is just there for decorative purposes lol.. no biggie though… Overall .. it was a fun place to keep my little minions busy!!!

Brought my nephew for the first time and it was an amazing experience! Staff were very friendly and if I had questions they were able to answer immediately. Prices are good; I paid $22.90 for one child but the amazing part is that is for all day and you can leave and come back if you like. They don’t allowed outside food or drinks but they have a snack bar inside and prices aren’t bad. I really enjoyed my time here and I would definitely be returning 😁

We've pretty much been here all day, my babies are having so much fun. 🥰 There's a five below and a dollar tree right next door, so you can take a break, walk over, get snacks, and come back to play some more! (Which is exactly what we did) haha Super clean and spacious. We've been coming here for years and will definitely keep coming back! 💗

Kids Empire Rialto is an incredible place for families! This facility is huge, clean, and designed with kids in mind. There are so many different areas for children of all ages to explore, from climbing structures and slides to games and age appropriate adventures that keep them active and entertained for hours. As a parent, one of the biggest things I appreciate is how safe and well maintained the entire space feels. The layout makes it easy to keep an eye on your kids while they have the freedom to explore, burn energy, and have fun. Whether you’re looking for a fun weekend activity, a place to escape bad weather, or somewhere to celebrate a birthday, this is definitely a great option. The kids had an amazing time, and we’ll absolutely be coming back again. Highly recommend for any family looking for a fun, clean, and exciting indoor playground experience!

We really enjoy Kids Empire! I love that they have a separate kiddie area where my 4-year-old can play freely and feel safe without being intimidated by the bigger kids. It gives her a chance to explore and have fun at her own pace, which I really appreciate as a parent. The staff is always friendly, and overall it’s a fun place to bring the kids whether it’s during the week or on the weekend. It’s perfect for letting them run around, play, and burn off some energy. Definitely a great family-friendly spot in Rialto!

We came to Kids Empire Rialto for the 1st time for An Outing for Our 🌺Dahlia Rose's🌹 5th Birthday and let me tell u what…it was so fun and its huge 🙏🎂🙌🎁 has alot of tables to sit, clean bathrooms and a clean play area and friendly staff 🙌🙏🤗 they have alot to do and great prices and snacks to choose from. Kids Empire is such a great place to take the kids! They always have so much fun running around, playing, and making new friends. It's nice knowing they're in a safe place where they can just be kids and enjoy themselves. As a parent, I also appreciate being able to sit down, relax for a little while, and catch my breath while they stay entertained. Just finished having our son’s 6th birthday party here and oh my gosh – amazing! Not only did all the kids have a blast, but the staff were amazing in accommodating and communicating with me to make sure my son and his friends (who all have autism) were comfortable and having fun. As a special needs parent, I value finding safe spaces for my son to play in. We’re looking into membership options as we speak – love it here!!

First time visiting this awesome kid kingdom! Myself, mywife and our granddaughter had a blast and wore ourselves completely out. We were in town visiting family and friends and stumbling across this place while driving. It was the perfect energy releaser for my very vibrant 3.5 year old son. Chantel was great and was very kind and provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

I’m honestly shocked this place has more than 2 stars. I understand that kids have fun here, but compared to other indoor playgrounds, this place is a joke. First, they don’t allow outside food, which is unusual compared to other indoor playgrounds we’ve been to, including We Rock the Spectrum, Posh & Petite, and Kiddie Kingdom. Some kids have dietary restrictions and need to bring their own food. Second, the registration/waiver process was incredibly long and unnecessarily complicated. I had to fill out pages and pages of questions for three people (two parents and one child), including questions that seemed completely irrelevant. Meanwhile, my child was screaming because he wanted to go play. Other indoor playgrounds we’ve visited allow the child to play while the parent completes the paperwork, which makes so much more sense. Finally, we arrived by electric scooter and simply asked if they could keep it somewhere safe, such as a break room, while we were inside. It was a very small request, but they refused and made absolutely no effort to find a solution. The staff came across as careless and unnecessarily unwilling to accommodate reasonable requests. The kids may have fun, but the overall experience for parents is significantly worse than at other indoor playgrounds in the area. I would choose another spot over this place any day.

This was my first visit with my grandchildren at this location. There was a problem with the summer pass I had purchased at the Northridge location. Somehow the proper email confirming my summer pass never came through. The manager in Woodland Hills couldn’t have been more helpful. She was polite, patient and extremely helpful to finish the process and allow access for the grandchildren to play. They were busy so I very much appreciated how lovely the manager was in helping us! The kids had a blast!

I brought my niece for the first time. It’s a good place to bring your children especially to grain their energy and ready for nap time lol. The staff are friendly, nice and helpful, especially Dariana. She was very helpful and informative I appreciated it.

This is my second visit to this indoor playground, and I have to say the cleanliness of this place is amazing. The first time I was here I noticed the staff cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. The bathrooms are super clean, which is always a plus. Attention to detail here is amazing. It’s a very pleasant feeling when you know the staff are actively doing their job, walking around and making sure everything is going smoothly for everyone. And they have some pretty awesome souvenirs for sale. Keep up the great work, girls! ^^ ❤️

My kids love this place! We have been coming here for a few years now and it's always been clean and well kept. I prepaid for a punch card and we come as a reward for the kids or when they need to get wiggles out. There are plenty of tables and chairs for parents to chill at. Make sure everyone wears socks!

We had an amazing time at Candeeland Temecula! The entire facility was spotless, colorful, and so well maintained. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. It felt safe, organized, and perfect for families. My little one had an absolute blast and didn’t want to leave! We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun indoor place for kids to play. Candeeland Temecula truly exceeded our expectations!

We've been here twice. The children here were not rowdy like the other indoor playground we went to. My kids love it here. Highly recommended for kids and parents who want to chill (good background music too) and watch their kids enjoy and have fun.

The kids have a great time playing, the bathrooms are clean, they have cheap snacks in food which is great for the kids. It does have a funky smell inside so that’s the only reason I am giving a 4 but everything else is great. 😊

My 4 grandsons had more fun active time all in a very clean and adventure filled place. They could have stayed the entire day! Definitely will be back!

Everyone minds their own business mostly yet, there's a sense that if a kid needs help, they'll get it. The first two times we went, we couldn't wrap our minds around how big it was. It was about our third or fourth time things started to become familiar, which is fine. My kid still likes it. Two things I am curious about and that I have taken a mental note on, are that the air guns have a 50/50 chance of working, seems like they've taken a beating. Two, I wonder how long the place shuts down for cleaning. Overall though, it's a wonderful spot to take your kid to kill some time. Be prepared to either spend one hour or, the whole day because I think those are the only two options at the moment. There are spaces to reserve for birthday parties which is pretty cool.

Wow! We had such an amazing time. It’s our first time and we will be back. To Ms. Anna at the front desk we greatly appreciate the special attention and dedication when my boys asked you over 100 questions about Hoggy the dragon and the Space and Lights Room. Thanks for your patience. We now have our new Birthday party destination. See you in two months. We hope Hoggy is ready for us. Anna also showed us around and explained how the machines worked. The cleanliness of the place and bathrooms is spectacular like the giant dragon Hoggy which visits for each birthday party. They have so much to do. Another fun surprise is that the machines will reward each play with a fun stuffed animal or rubber ducky. No kid is left unsatisfied. Thanks Hoggy my kids love you.

We love coming to kids Empire in Northridge. This location is very spacious and usually pretty clean. And BREE was super kind and making sure we were having a good time. Definitely recommend for you to visit kids empire for some good fun for your kiddos.

We had such a great time at Kids Empire Northridge! My 2½-year-old son absolutely loved it. I was really impressed by how much he was able to do – he could play just about everywhere! The slides were fun and safe, and the obstacle courses kept him entertained and active. There’s even a little soccer field, which was a cute touch, and the toddler area was perfect for younger kids to play safely. The whole space felt clean, fun, and well-designed for all ages. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This place on a Tuesday was almost empty. Perfect spot for my children to jump around. Love that is always clean and the music was great while having some "mom time". My kids love that they change things around. They have snacks, sweet drinks, coffee and icecream for sale and a cotton candy machine.

Play City does absolutely nothing when one kid is hitting another. There is a family that comes here all the time, and their son keeps hitting other children. Instead of holding them accountable, Play City rewards them with free passes to come back. The employees claimed they didn't see anything. If that's true, then check your security cameras they'll show exactly what happened. This is completely unacceptable. Children's safety should come first, and your staff failed to protect them or handle the situation appropriately. I will not be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to any parent looking for a safe environment for their kids.

We celebrated my daughter’s 7th Birthday at play City! She love it, it was the best time. Will be so happy to celebrate her here next year everyone was so helpful, thanks playcity for having us!

I love how spacious the play ground is! They have space for toddlers like my girl so you don’t have to worry about big kids getting mix with your small ones. I love that they also serve coffee and snacks. We are visiting from Guam and my daughter really enjoyed her time here. This place is incredible! The kids had a great time and there was plenty to do. I love how places like this don't charge for adults since we just sit and scroll on our phones. I also love how much seating and cubbies there are. Plenty of tables and couches for adults to relax in. They have a separate area for toddlers and younger which is nice. The play areas were clean and hand sanitizer stations were scattered throughout.

1st time customer & will definitely be back. Had my little girls 2nd birthday here, and it was perfect. The facility was nice & clean, staff was super helpful –shout out to Hunter for being the best party planner, he was on it & anticipated every need — & the food was great. I especially loved their sandwich & fruit platter. Super tasty & so much fruit. The facility was in order, I didn't see anything out of order or broken, all the kids had a great time from the baby all the way up to our pre-teens. I loved this place, even the other customers were great. If you haven't been here, you should definitely stop by and check it out.

This has been the safest place I’ve found for a child aged 2 to 3; they can roam freely throughout the entire venue without encountering any potentially dangerous spots. It features a wide variety of attractions and is generally not overcrowded. While a few attractions could use a bit of maintenance and perhaps some renovation,overall, it is a very comprehensive and pleasant place for little ones. The food court is comfortable and offers a great selection of meals for both adults and children.

I had my son’s birthday party here and it was great. We had a private room for two hours. The food they provided was amazing. Pizza and turkey/ham sandwiches tasted really good. My Family enjoyed the food and environment. My son had a blast. They have a surprising amount of food choices compared to other play places. Would definitely go back even just for the food 😂. Only thing was the check in staff could be a little friendlier.

I'd give it more stars but because I feel like some of the equipment was damaged or not working I dropped it to 4. Other than that, it's very fun and my son loved having his birthday here. His cousins and him had a blast. Definitely recommend. 😊

I arrived 10 minutes after opening. Was hit with the smell of urine and baking soda. This place is FILTHY! Bring lots of hand sanitizer and gloves and a mask if you plan on visiting. Yuck! Everything in the pneumatic air toys is broken and the arcade games don’t work. All the foam balls have bite mites and chunks missing. Duct tape is the repair of choice, everything is covered in it as a micky mouse cheap repair. (Children safety is not a priority apparently). The food court is all microwave food so eat before you come. This place is trying its best to live off the one Blippi episode they were in when everything was new and working. But if this place doesn’t get its sanitation and maintenance in check I don’t see it being open much longer.

My kids have absolutely loved LOL Kids Club since they were little! It’s the perfect spot for them to run, climb, and play to their heart’s content. My 5-year-old can spend hours here and never gets bored. We usually use the Groupon deal, which is valid Monday through Thursday—it’s a great way to save while giving the kids a fun day out. This place is amazing for burning off energy, and the setup is always clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for families looking for an active and fun outing!

We had a great experience with our son's birthday party. Angelina handled the booking over the phone and was very professional; she answered all of my questions and was great when I called back to make changes to our party package. I appreciate the follow up email with all of the policies and booking confirmation. Dani was a great party host and helped us determine the sequence of events during our time in the party room based on our needs. As a busy mom, I love that I was able to leave many of the event planning details, including the space, set up, and clean up, to Wacky Tacky. Pizza made in house was great and the cafe has a wide variety of food available for purchase. I highly recommend.

OMG this place is place is a 4-10 year olds dream. Multiple play areas, so many things to do. My son ran for literally over and hour straight and would have kept going if the party hadn't moved to a different room. I think it's definitely party recommended as having a bunch of your friends their to run wild.

Cool place to book birthday parties, but they have limited play times for each session. Not to mention it was very expensive. The staff were young kids who were unorganized. Wish we had a different experience because it would be the last time we booked a party at this location!
