In-N-Out Burger

Great in-n-out location, the staff were friendly and took orders quickly. Burgers tasted delicious! Good price on all items.

Stopped by the newest In-N-Out on the southeast side of Fresno on this rainy day…and wow, what a BUSY spot. Had to check it out, see what the hype was about, and let me tell you—this place did not disappoint. Even with the rain pouring, people were lined up like it was a sunny Saturday. They had about 10–15 staff members outside directing traffic, and honestly, it flowed better than most intersections in town. In-N-Out always turns a parking lot into a full production, and this location is no different. Inside? PACKED. Wall to wall. But the service was on point. We ordered at the counter, grabbed a table, and the sweetest thing—they were giving kids free hot chocolate because of the rainy weather. My kids were thrilled. Staff were constantly walking around, cleaning tables, calling out numbers, even taking trays for you just to keep things moving smoothly. For a brand new location, they already run like a well-oiled machine. Food came out hot, fresh, and perfect—because In-N-Out never misses. Overall, great experience, great energy, and honestly, it’s nice to see something new and lively pop up in the southeast part of town. Excited for this spot!

This In-N-Out location on West Shaw is consistently excellent. I come here pretty regularly since I travel through this area often, and it’s exactly what you want from an In-N-Out experience. Like most In-N-Outs, timing matters. The best times to go are either right when they open or later at night during the week. Dinner rushes, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, can get very busy. Parking becomes more difficult, and the drive-thru line can easily turn into a 15–20 minute wait. That said, the food is always fresh, and the consistency makes it worth it. The burgers, fries, and shakes are exactly what you’d expect from In-N-Out. Fresh ingredients, good quality, and made to order. Don’t forget to ask for peppers and extra spread packets at the drive-thru because they make everything even better. One thing that consistently stands out is the customer service. The employees here are always friendly, efficient, and professional, even when the place is packed. I’ve been to probably 30 different In-N-Out locations across California over the years, and this one absolutely lives up to the brand’s reputation. Consistently good food, consistently good service, and overall just a dependable spot. I’m glad this location is close by.

Great food, friendly service. For as busy as it gets they did not forget our complicated order. Parking can be tight when busy. Tables were wiped off quickly. Diego was polite and made sure our complicated order was right, we order a lot off food for our group. Price as always was cheap.

Lived in California for 15 years & never tried this place except for one time it was catered at work & I remembered it was ok. I had a friend visiting from Florida & someone had asked him if he had been there yet, so we decided to stop & eat there on the way home from Sequoia/Kings Canyons parks. This place was very busy but I think they are always like that, I know there is always a line. I am really not sure why. Maybe because it's cheaper than other burger places? The guy taking the order was kind enough to explain all the options. Protein style, which is lettuce in place of the bun, animal style which is where they put mustard down on the grill to really add that flavor into the meat & it has a special sauce & the other options like adding onion, or grilled onion & all the ways to upgrade the fries. We got 2 cheeseburgers with onion,with reg fries & 1 animal style with animal fries. None of us felt like it was anything special and the fries were dry. The animal fries seemed to be fresher & were pretty good but maybe it was because the cheese helped with the dry fries. Now I should tell you that I am not a big burger fan, I only eat them a few times a year as I prefer other things but I love the California burger at Carl's Jr & think if you want a good burger they are SO much better. Even Jack in the Box has better burgers & we passed them to go here. But at least he can say he did eat here while in California when people ask. This place is extremely overrated. Would only go again if it was a special request from another guest or the only place to it. It's just a burger.
