Burger King

I am sitting in the lobby waiting for mt family's food. It has been over a half hour and there are people who ordered before us who still haven't been served. The children are crying. We should have gone to Red Robin. Also, the air conditioning doesn't work. Dada is hot and hungry. Edit - It took over an hour.

Ordered a number one medium with ketchup packets. My fries were upside down and my number 1 has nothing on it but ketchup.

Waited in drive through 30 minutes waiting for cashier to take my order with no cars in front of me. Waited another 15 min for food, when food came out it was wrong order. There were three workers two young adults and a manager. This manager needs to be replaced! The other workers looked like they were trying their best.

This is the SLOWEST location ever!!! What is the point of a mobile order if I waiting 20 mins for my food when I arrive. And there lack of acknowledgement of the drive thru is mind boggling I sat there for a good 10 mins and no one spoke at all!!! Do better burger king!!!

Was not provided a receipt, order was wrong. Ordered a The BBQ Bounty Whopper and got less than a regular whopper. Was completely ripped off. And the wait in the drive through lasted at least 30 minutes. When we tried to order blue Grogu mildshake, told shake machine was broken. At the window, asked about the broken shake machine and was told no, not broken, just not cleaned from the day before, I guess?

Literally the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever witnessed in my 31 years on earth. Incompetent service. Slow as hell. Just to get the completely wrong food. Then when you tell them the food is wrong you are asked to pull around. And then they bring you the wrong food AGAIN. Does nobody in Burger King higher ups care?

If you've been here, this is honestly not a suprise, but the service is awful. No matter if you walk in or go drive thru, you can expect to wait up to 30 minutes before you get your order. I'm only writing this review because I have the time, I've been sitting in this drive thru for 20 minutes now.
