Partners Personnel

Horrible employment agency!!! Have been calling them at the beginning of each week and they put you on a work list and then ghost you. Most of the time they don't even answer the damn phone... Don't waste your time with them, as they are useless. Better off just applying for jobs yourself!!!

Not sure if my review is still here, I tried to find it to try and delete but I can't find it 😮 anyways if your a younger person or fresh out of high school with little to no experience and your looking for a job definitely do not apply to here thinking you'll get a job! When they have you come in and do a drug test, they tell you to leave them a 5 star review before proceeding with things lol, maybe because they get low ratings? Idk but I did a drug test and called every week the first few months I applied, they told me they would add me to a waiting list after like the ninth time I called and then after that I never heard from them again 🫡 And mind you I did this in 2024 so not that long ago, pretty sure it's because I had zero experience but yea, I was told that stores usually hire through staffing agencies but maybe not this one I guess. Anyways, I have a job now 😛 so word of advice! Just make a resume instead, even if you have no experience, put some skills and volunteer opportunities that you had on there instead! It's pretty hard to get hired in Visalia, it took me a year, but never lose hope!! Something will open up eventually 😼‼️Don't waste your time applying to here though

They never got me a job. I don’t recommend this agency it’s been 3 years and nothing this is useless.

Terrible place, Norma wasn’t helpful over the phone at all. They told me i failed an assessment after I did all the steps they told me waste of time dont go here if your looking for a job. Best advice

Did my onboarding today and it was a great experience! The ladies at the desk are very professional and make the process simple and fast! My appointment was at 9:30 and it took 15 minutes to so the drug screen, interview, and documentation. Great work guys!

I recommend you guys look somewhere else I call at least 3-4 time a week and they never answer both Visalia and Fowler branch don’t waste your time here
