In June 2022 I ended my lease with Premier apartments. The landlord at the time stated that he was able to find someone to apply and that I "would not be charged future rent payments". About a year ago I received communication from Fair Collection and Outsourcing demanding payment for my delinquent payments. Upon receiving this I immediately called the new landlord Julio. Unknown to me the company has since been bought out and does not employ the same landlord. Still the current landlord, Julio, provided me his email and instructed me to send over the documentation, which I did in August 2025. I thought this was resolved. I have received a work promotion and am relocating. While reviewing my application the new complex declined my application due to outstanding funds not paid made from FCO. They placed a negative mark on my outstanding credit in June 2026. Beachfront properties failed to follow up with the documents I provided in 2025, allowed this to happen, and currently avoids all means of communication with me. Ana has said she would contact me and has not. Julio completely ignores calls and emails. Jose and Reina also refuse communication. I am suing the company but do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people

Our manager, Linda Rios, is a great apartment manager. She’s always very attentive and resolves issues quickly, always willing to listen and help if necessary to any problem or concern we have. Our family has been living in this apartment complex for almost 2 years and its a comfortable living space for a starter family. Our place had already been converted/remodeled and it makes the apartment feel super homey. A.C. conditioning is a big plus here and any concerns we have are quickly resolved and taken care of by our manager and handyman. I enjoy the landscape/garden here as much as my daughter, seeing butterflies and nature surrounding our patio. 🐝🌸🦋🌼

Asia Thomas has been a great landlord at La Playa. She’s responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about her tenants’ experience. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, communication is clear, and she makes an effort to keep the property well maintained. It’s refreshing to rent from someone who takes the job seriously and treats residents with respect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place managed by someone reliable.

In all my 48 years I have not been treated this poorly. First the property manager lied about 1 month free. She collect $1000 over my move in cost. Now I have a balance when I should have a credit for overpayment plus the free rent that is clearly on my lease. Ive spoken to several people none of which has helped. In addition to that the 1st 2 weeks I was in my apartment 5 different plumbers came out due to poop water draining into my hall from the toilet and bathtub. Work orders for appliances get ignored. I take time off of work so that they can come and make the repairs, and no one shows up. No apology, no accountability and no one communicates at that place. I keep getting the run around. I will not renew my lease and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau. In all my years, I have never been so dissatisfied with service that I felt compelled to write a review.

Excellent service from start to finish! FRANCIS MANALANG and the maintenance team was professional, punctual, and paid attention to every detail.
