Laura was amazing during my laser hair removal appointment. She was extremely thorough, careful, and precise throughout the entire process. She took her time to make sure every area was treated properly and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how attentive and professional she was, and she explained everything clearly along the way. You can tell she truly cares about doing her job well and making sure her clients have the best experience possible. I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for laser hair removal services.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this laser hair removal studio based on my experience. I purchased a 6-session package that included full legs, Brazilian, arms, and underarms. After the first session, I noticed some hair shedding, but after the next four sessions, I saw virtually no shedding or noticeable results at all. Only after my sixth session did I finally see a significant amount of hair shedding. This means that out of six sessions, I experienced what felt like a real result only once. For the amount of money I paid, this was extremely disappointing. I also recommend paying close attention to how much time the technician spends on each individual area. From my experience, the treatments felt rushed, and I later learned that proper coverage requires treating the entire area thoroughly rather than simply moving quickly over it. Make sure the laser actually reaches each section of the treatment area and that enough passes are being performed. Unfortunately, I feel that I paid for several sessions that did not provide the results I expected. I’m very disappointed with the experience and would not personally recommend this studio.

Nurse Naieri, provided a great service to me & my daughter. She was very gentle and explains the procedure well. My daughter did not complain of any discomfort since it was her first time to get laser hair removal. It was great experience for my daughter. We will definitely go back again.

Nurse Ayapeh was so sweet and made me feel really comfortable- very easygoing and reassuring!! Made the experience stress free and judgement free and I am so grateful for that 🥹 She was super clear about treatment and it was super easy for my first time I hope I have her again as my nurse!!
