This place has been a pillar of Palo Alto wellness for a very long time. The facilities are simple and clean. There is a wide range of practitioners with all sorts of expertise. I was lucky that Joy was available to expertly work out some very stubborn aches and pains. She was highly skilled, professional, communicative and got right to the important stuff. It was amazing the change after just a 1 hour session! I immediately booked my next one with her. Thank you Joy - you are a JOY!
Wonderful place. I’ve been here many times. The staff are extremely helpful and kind and the atmosphere is comforting, clean, and professional. I always come to see Polly specifically for the Swedish massage. She’s extremely talented and great at what she does! I always leave feeling calm.
Receptionist was so sweet in welcoming me in even though I was a few minutes late. Then Julie, my masseuse was very warm and gentle with easing me right into it. Conversed for a few minutes to get me comfortable and then she went in for the rest of the time. I will definitely be coming back!
I went for a prenatal massage. They hardly provided any supporting pillows (just 1 by my knees) and they never asked if I was comfortable or wanted more pillows. This would have been nice because for prenatal you have to lie on your side the whole time and pillows make this more comfortable. At the end of the massage before I even got off the table the masseuse hit me with "do you have Venmo?". Then once I got outside the room instead of even having a chance to get water, she shoved the Venmo QR code in my face. Then the front desk also asked if I wanted to tip. Pretty off putting.
Massage therapy center PA is locally owned and operated is locally owned and operated, which I love! I had two massages with Janeel already and he is wonderful! Very kind and professional, fixed my back pain like a charm.
