Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and I left with my hair as I've never seen it before<3 It is a bit fine so I have trouble curling it and making it sit how I'd like at home but Rafi worked with it wonderfully, and the trim was exactly what I needed and expertly done. I felt very welcomed and my hair still continued to feel like silk from the treatment. Thank you so much, and thank you Amy! These photos don't do it justice :')

I’m extremely disappointed with the result. The final outcome looked completely different from what was discussed. I have attached both the inspiration photos and the actual result so others can judge for themselves. I understand that no style will be 100% identical to a reference picture, but I expected something reasonably close. I paid $500 and expecting a professional result and left feeling frustrated and unhappy. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Rafi is absolutely incredible at his craft! He is passionate and it was such an incredible experience seeing the final result of his hard work. Had my hair done by Nazz and she was an absolute dream to work with. Not only did she make me feel super comfortable the whole time, but she is also the sweetest woman! She was able to achieve exactly what I wanted.

Michelle did my hair, and she really took the time to listen carefully to all of my requests and preferences.
