Advanced Data Solutions

BE VERY, VERY CAREFULLY WITH THIS COMPANY! Just found out the services they solicted and provided were free with copier! Do not use them unless YOU call and request. DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING VIA EMAIL OR PHONE. We spent $8000 and they won't take back TONER and/or issue refund! Now I see why they kept offing $100-$200 in Amazon gift cards! They triple charge the cost of toner IF we needed to purchase directly from copier company who sold us the copier! Mind you we're still using the 1st free refills from copier company! THEY FAST TALK YOU. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ZERO STARS BUT YOU HAVE TO LIST AT LEAST 1 TO LEAVE A REVIEW.

Advanced Data Solutions really came up with a solution to my problem, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. 2 drives were basically obsolete and they managed to recover them from death! Not only all that, but they made sure to work up a pricing fitting my needs, very considerate of my economic situation, 10/10 will definitely come back! Shoutout to Joe, for going out of his way to make sure I was taken care of.

My hard drive was failing. In a state of panic, I contacted Advanced Data Solutions. Joe was knowledgeable and patiently walked me through the process. He was also incredibly accommodating when it comes to expenses, and met me on the weekend for me to pick up the drive. During pick up, he stayed with me to test the drive. I can’t thank Advanced Data Solutions enough for their help, excellent communication, and great customer service.

I had a hard drive with 3 TB of data suddenly not work. Advanced Data Solutions was able to recover all the data. They are professionals at data recovery. I highly recommend their service

Advanced Data Solutions!!! I've just spent several hours going through a fraction of my "lost photos" a man at the Apple store told me my 6 years of photos on my phone (13,000 photos) were gone. My iPhone 11 simply "died". To try and find a company to recover them, I got one quote from a company in Northern CA, recommended to me, who said they would charge between $3,000 - $7,000 dollars to try and recover them. No Way! I did a google search around my own city and chose the one with the highest rating who have also been in business a substantial amount of years; Advanced Data Solutions. Joe and Tim recovered all of my photos. I am an artist and travel to find new and exciting scenes to paint. I was devastated when My phone died and photos gone. I can't thank them enough for taking the time to recover the memories that are precious to me. AT A FRACTION of the cost of the original quote from the first company I contacted. I would give 6 stars if I could. Thanks guys!

So very pleased with Advanced Data Solutions. They recovered 6 years worth of photos from my "dead" iPhone 11. I’m an artist and use lots of photos for reference when I paint. Losing all those photos was devastating to me. ADS recovered them for me efficiently, quickly and for a reasonable price. Thank you!

After taking my beloved 27 inch IMAC computer to Apple in hopes of them fixing my failed hard drive, I was told that there was nothing they could do. I tried another company in downtown San Diego that yielded the same disappointing results. By this time my stress was ramping up significantly as the computer contained valuable and sensitive information. My last resort before trashing the computer was bringing it to Advanced Data Solutions. After a few days, I learned that they were in process of extracting data from my failed SSD! The process was long (about 2 weeks)and highly technical. About 2 weeks later, due to the enormous amount of data I had on my computer, I was able to view what they recouped before deciding if I wanted to purchase it. The price was not cheap, but getting 20 years of family photos, personal and family documents was worth every penny. Joe, the owner of Advanced Data Solutions is a man of integrity. Meeting and working with him made the experience positive.
