From the moment I reached out for help with my system issues, they both were incredibly patient, understanding, and committed to resolving every single one of my concerns. What truly stood out was their willingness to stay on the phone with me, guiding me step-by-step as I attempted to access my applications. They didn't rush me at all and made sure everything was successful before hanging up, which gave me such peace of mind. Their patience and attentiveness were remarkable, and they consistently demonstrated a level of professionalism that was truly impressive. My organization uses Team Logic IT as our IT service provider. They are very professional and provide VERY quick service. I am usually helped within a few minutes of submitting a ticket. All the techs are so friendly and helpful. I recently was helped by Sam, and he was great!!! Great company! Great service!
