Matthew Guerrero Design + Architecture

Matthew is AMAZING! He is one of the most talented designers and architect I have ever met! He also is a complete pleasure to work with and has the patience and understanding of a saint... The amazing homes, estates, etc. that he has designed belong to some of the most distinguished in taste and clients that demand the utmost attention to detail which Matthew has. I am a Realtor and always recommend Matthew to all my clients. My husband is a General Contractor, (Robert Gunn, of Gunn Construction) and he met Matthew many years ago when Matthew designed and Bob remodeled several ocean front homes in Malibu. The has relationship continued and they have done MANY, MANY more projects together since then and always know there is nothing they can't overcome and no client they have not "blown away" with the end result. We highly recommend Matthew Guerrero Design + Architecture for ANY project you may have, he is amazing!

Matthew and everyone at MGDA were so incredible to work with! Matthew had ideas from the minute he walked into our house that entirely changed the space. Really collaborative and felt like they truly cared about helping us make our new house a home.

We had an awesome experience with Matthew, Katie and Team working on a remodel of our home. I think as with any home remodel, there were some very specific needs that we had. They made sure that the end product was exactly what we discussed, and we would come back again in the future. We highly recommend them for your next project.

Matthew is top-notch, ruly one of the best. His integrity shines through in every part of his work and process. Our home needed a full gut remodel on a tight timeline, and Matthew guided us through it with ease. We were living in Europe throughout the remodel, and he took on far more than we expected, helping us through a stressful time. We moved the kitchen from the front of the house to the back, added a bed room, two bathrooms, and created an open floor plan, and seamlessly incorporated the backyard into our indoor/outdoor space without expanding the home footprint! Matthew gave us thoughtful options to explore, helping us transform a mid-century fixer into a one of a kind home! My family and I feel so fortunate...Matthew truly helped bring our dream home to life!

I cannot recommend Matthew and his wonderful team enough! I am doing a full home renovation (extension, windows/doors, layouts, bathrooms, exterior). I started the project with a different architect, whom I fired. I was nervous restarting the process. Matthew took all my fears away. He is super professional, pleasant, communicative, creative, artistic, deeply respects budgets and understands the overall goals of a project. His designs were amazing. His follow-through is precise. His whole office is fully engaged and knowledgeable about the project. I have never had to wait for a response from Matthew. This our first home. He is my architect for life. Looking forward to many more projects with his office! Hire him. You will be thankful you did!!
